Nothing really

The room I was in was very spacious and updated. Bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Check in staff was efficient and friendly. The Lyft ride to the airport 7 mins away was a plus.

The airport shuttle on arrival was terrible - 1.5 hours wait to be picked up and they forgot us twice - not what you want after a 15 hour flight from Australia. Facilities were basic, tea and coffee facilities are not in the room you have to go down to the foyer … not acceptable.

The staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced in a hotel.

Our TV didn't work and they couldn't change our room because we had 3 guests and there were no other rooms with 2 beds so we got a discount, which was cool but still would have preferred a TV in our room.

Better selection for breakfast.

The host, Victor went out of his way to make arrangements for our shuttle to SFO. He gave us explicit directions to return our rental car and made every effort to accomoadate us. He's very good.

I went to one room and the tv wasn't working properly. We then went to a second room and again the tv wasn't working properly (it was Very hard to get the tv to respond appropriately). All we wanted to do was to relax and watch tv in the room.

The room was basic, but it is a motel so....

Handy for an overnight stay between flights. The ride from the airport worked well, we didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes. The staff were friendly and the bed big and comfortable.

Really need a car to access restaurants. As others have said, not the ‘free breakfast’ website boasts - coffee and packaged pastry.

Highway outside is noisy. No coffee maker in room. Minimal breakfast.

Close to airport and off airport car rental location. Hotel provided Uber to the airport.

I am not sure if this is bed bug bites on my left arm i just laid in the bed for few hours then i go to shower cause i feel the itch on my arm then viola I got 4 big bites

It seems that the walls are too thin. I could hear conversations from the room next to me and I could hear the tv in the room across the hall from me. And at some point in the middle of the night someone decided to play very loud upbeat Latin music for several hours. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place.

There’s a bit of noise coming from the freeway.

The staff were very helpful and nice. And location is proximal to the airport. Though the place is a bit old, it’s generally well maintained, clean, and spacious. Eateries are only a few blocks away.

The new manager is an asshole and is very lucky I held my composure he was aggressive rude combative and has very bad customer service skills I have a puppy and she’s been going there since she was six weeks old for last five months I was told then she was ok to stay there with me that’s why we always booked a room there she’s quiet friendly and very lovable he came running out to my friend and started yelling at her about the dog scared them both made them feel horrible and scared and confused I came out and asked him what’s wrong I thought we had a good. Report all the other nights you have we stayed there since he joined a team and I told him why are you being so aggressive to me why are you being very combative to me I suggest that you calm down and watch what you say to me because I’m not a little kid I’m a grown man and speak to me with some respect I said I had no idea that dogs were allowed here there’s no sign it says that I’ve been coming here for five months with my puppy and she was always welcome here you come along and now she’s not welcome here I thought you had to say is no pets allowed you don’t have to come out it’s not crazy like that I already paid for another day to stay there and this is it that morning and he refused to let us stay there with the puppy and refused to give us our money back that we paid for the night and the extra night so we do not stay there because we are nowhere else to bring our puppy so I lost out $120 which I’m sure he didn’t report probably put in his pocket anyway I’m filing a complaint with you people maybe you guys can go after him or get my money back or whatever he needs to be fired you’re gonna lose lotta business because of him he does not know how to speak to people he’s got chip on his shoulder when he’s days he’s going to get hurt so that’s it so now I don’t stay there no more and I take my business elsewhere unfortunately because I really like the place
