I called to ask if there was a blow dryer in the room, they said there was, but there wasn't. I went to the front desk to inquire about one and they apologized but could not provide me with one. I had to go buy one, I would have brought the one from home had i known they didn't have one.

I was in a non smoking room Blankets had burn holes .Sheets had stains.Had to practically stand on the toilet to close the bathroom door.And charged $245 for 1 night.

There was no continental breakfast or hair dryer as advertised. The list of TV stations was wrong (no CNN or HBOMAX) I was awakened three times one night by a police siren "whoop, whoop", slaming doors, and screeching plumbing from the adjacent room. You had to get in the shower to turn it on and the bathroom was so small you could barely move (and I'm a tiny person).

The location was perfect for my visit.

Before booking, I read the reviews first and 1 traveler said there were cockroaches so, we brought Raid , our own sheets and pillow cases. The following day , we found 5 cockroaches dead.

The room could be cleaner the bathroom sink seemed to be coming off the wall and the smell of cigarettes is strong would be nice if people who smoked was separate maybe a smoking room or non smoking room would be good however the staff was great and the location is great as well

When I got here the lady at the front desk tried to double charge me even though I paid online. She tried to tell me that it didn’t charge and that I had to pay again. I explained to her that I have a confirmation number and also the statement on my card shows 272 was taken off. She told me I could pay 272 in cash I told her no I paid already and so u can refund me but I am not paying 544 dollars she quickly realized I wasn’t falling for her scam n told me nvm I didn’t have to pay again and gave me the room key. Sad that you guys are trying to scam ppl out of their money

Didn’t like that the floor thru out the room would build condensation and was always wet!!! And one of the female staff gave another customer they same key card of our room and they went in while we were in there.

I thought because it was a chain motel that it would be nicer but the room was not fresh. There were scuff marks on door frames, walls, and furniture. The bathtub bottom was peeling and rusty. The drain wasn't good so the water pooled in the tub. The sheet and blanket had stains, although they appeared to be cleaned. There was no security bar or chain on the door so I was very uncomfortable alone at night.

The location was good. Convenient to stores and event venue. It had a refrigerator and microwave. The price for one day was decent compared to other places in the area.

the rooms are run down and need renovation corporate hotels are usually this price but it was like a seedy motel so should have been much less

The sheets looked old and stained , the room smelled moldy. People smoking drugs outside . Groups of people hanging around cursing an yelling Bathroom too small , door won't close all the way . Needs a major upgrade

Dish tv service had very limited channel selection. Water pressure was very low and knobs in bath tub did not function properly. It was difficult to get desired water temperature.
