Dinged up walls, like an old building with a sloppy makeover that did nothing to make it nicer. No shower curtain, no cups in the room, the shower itself wasn't clean - found hairs and other grossness on the floor of it when I arrived. The mattress was awful. I don't usually leave bad reviews but this was honestly one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in that was part of a chain. Highly disappointed.

At the time when I was checking in front desk person insisted that I put in CASH deposit. Yes, cash. This is not an imprint. I refused and she gave up. Also when I call the number listed on my reservation, there was no one to answer. I did find out later the number you have linked to the property is wrong. I was not able to request a shuttle from the airport and I had to take a cab. Totally disappointed.

United States of AmericaRoom was not in sleeping conditions. Bed broke, window broke, heat didn't work, was freezing, bathroom sink didn't work. I fell off broken bed and hurt my arm and leg. Phone didn't work. Was freezing. Staff at front desk was on something and passed out at the front desk. Said she couldn't do anything. Totally unacceptable and miserable.
Hello, I was told to send you a message in regards to my stay last night. Arrived late, was given room 328. Walked in the room and screen to window was on the floor, window open. Sat on the bed and fell off, bruised my arm and leg. Bed was broken and frame was sitting on the floor. The heat didn't work, was set at 90 and was 53 degrees. Water in sink didn't drain. Went to front desk, Holly was on some kind of narcotics, knocked out behind the desk for awhile. Said she couldn't do anything or change our room but would leave a note to get compensated this morning at checkout. Checked out this morning to be told no compensations are given and that Holly should have called maintenance and changed our room. Was told by Holly the police were just in that room and kicked out a couple who was having an affair. Police were called. So why are you renting out this room at full price knowing its not in shape to sleep in? Not a single thing was done, and this is unacceptable. A broken bed in a freezing room. I want a refund or a free nights stay. I actually hurt myself falling off that bed. I am going to contact corporate and few other people at Wyndham who is higher up to make them aware of my stay and how business is being conducted to loyal customers. I am expecting something to be done about this. You have a worker who is not in their right mind sleeping on the job. This is dangerous and not ok to customers who are coming to stay at this hotel.
