Heat in room did not work, so I had to move to another room a few hours after unpacking.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Shuttle to airport was on time. Food in the bar was good.

Our bathroom had paint ships on the floor and the cleaners didn't sweep and we were there for 3 nights. Also the breakfast staff were amazing, but the food wasn't awesome

Room smelled musty, but nothing too bad. Also, the breakfast staff was very impatient, didn’t restock any of the breakfast drinks (an hour before breakfast) and was rushing to take breakfast off the table 30 minutes before closing..

Checking in early was not an issue!! Room was big and spacious, I loved having the first floor room because I could walk straight to the pool. Shower pressure was strong but not too strong. The pool was AMAZING and appreciated the swim floats available for guests!

The key cards were difficult to use. It often took several tries before the card worked properly to admit us either into the building or into our room. This was frustrating!!!

Beds are not very comfortable could be a little longer for tall people as well. Also the whole hotel needs regular maintenance plenty of worn things like paint, and carpeting even some flooring repairs that needs to be done. hoping before we come back next year they make some changes like just paint, and fix some things.

The room size for presidential suite is amazing, the jetted tub and shower combo is also very awesome. Staff are always amazing and helpful, and there are plenty of extras like breakfast and restaurant services and music.

We called ahead to arrange for a rollaway bed. We were arriving at midnight and hoped for a quick check in so we could get our children in bed. The listing said the room could fit up to nine people: 2 adults and up to 7 children. Our family has 8. Check in seemed smooth until we got to the room. Unfortunately, upon entering the room the rollaway was there. We figured it was just an accident but when we talked to the front desk the staff gave us a very hard time and said the room could only house 6 people. We had to find our original confirmation and prove their online guest allowance for that room before they brought us a rollaway. It took an hour. (Past 1 am when the rollaway arrived to the room) It was very inconvenient, especially since we had to leave at 5:40am the next morning to reach our destination on time. What was already a short night rest was shortened to only 4 hours sleep for my husband and I. The room was large and spacious, so given different circumstances this could have been a great hotel. But it was frustrating how we were treated, even when they assured us over the phone that the bed could be arranged AND they didn’t mention the occupancy discrepancy at check in. For $250/night, at least communicate. We do not plan to stay at this hotel again.

We had a family suite with three beds and one private room. Both rooms were very spacious and had enough room for rollaway beds.

Needs some TLC, can tell there’s been work done but not to the greatest work. Bed moves if you try to sit up on it, took forever for the hot water to heat up, could feel the shower floor wasn’t glued down and we could smell cigarette smoke from the walls. Husband has asthma and his night was rough from the smell, he is very sensitive to it.

The location to the airport was good.

The first room didn't work out. Mother needed a Handicap room. She was going to lobby, and the door knob fell off. We couldn't exit the front door. The AC was not working. The desk clerk moved us to a Handicap room. She was great! The AC was not working well at all. I had to buy a fan to sleep comfortably!!

Rooms are spacious! Breakfast buffet was amazing n desk clerk was really nice!!
