Guests on upper floors tend to create noise. Yelling, stomping of feet etc.

I didn’t like how small the tv was or that there was no fridge and the closest microwave was near the office. I also did not like how they did not have towels when I called up the front desk. We couldn’t ask for any extra pillows seeing as how flat the pillows were. And there was bugs in the bathroom tub and floor. I even had to use a plastic knife to unplug the sink.

I liked the bed.

They charged an extra 50 dollar deposit and we won't get it back for four days. If there is an extra charge we should be told ahead of time.

No fridge or microwave in the room. Having to walk from the 3rd floor to vending room, to heat my grandmother's tea in 20° weather wasn't cool... Also, the uner narrow bathroom doorway wasn't wheelchair accessible. Overall, it wasn't bad for the value.

Beds were comfy. Good heating unit and water was hot...

The property was nice. It was very clean. It’s just that I rounded many people loud.

There is nothing much that I can tell you the person in the office. It was not that nice not helpful, there was many people fighting. They were loud.

They don't tell you, room cleaning is only once a week. The reference pictures were taken, it seems, from an angle to enhance the size appearance, but truth be told it was a bit tight and the a/C was a very old noisy gadget. There was only one type of Curtains that were only to darken the room, and if during the day you wanted sunlight you'd have to sacrifice your privacy

They had complimentary coffee in the morning and an ice machine.

We stayed a week and they only clean room 1 time and they still didn't clean had to ask twice why it wasn't cleaned the 1 time they offer no one came they ignored my request and I had to walk down everyday for clean towels very annoying

Toilet plugged instantly. Hair dryer started smoking as soon as you turn it on. Front desk wasn't rude, but wasn't pleasant. First room smelled like weed in a non smoking establishment. Would not change us to King room without upcharge even though it was the same price online.

Cheaper than most. Near multiple things to do or places to eat. Could see that the rooms being cleaned had been sheets removed. This tells me that they should be fairly clean.

The staff was rude. I had issues my booking when I arrived and they didn’t offer me any solution but to basically fix it myself. When asked to talk to managers or anyone nobody was there. I emailed management and never heard anything back. Even though the rooms were brand new the beds had fast food trash from other visitors and lots of crumbs and crap under them.

The rooms were new and updated.

I was supposedly "upgraded" to a new room after renovations were to be done in my old room. The "upgraded" room had a toilet with constantly running water, a fridge whose door didn't close all the way, and there was no coffee maker when the previous room had one. I called first for the toilet and was told someone would be sent for maintenance but no one showed up. I then called for the coffee maker but nothing was done about that. It was only after a very kind housekeeping lady showed up, and I requested her for a coffee maker and she immediately arranged one for me along with coffee pods. This experience marred an otherwise excellent stay for me.

The room was very clean and well-organized. It had all the basic facilities I needed. It opened to a very scenic view of the surroundings. The lighting was very good. The housekeeping staff was very helpful.
