Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe "kitchenette" consists of a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and sink. There were no utensils or dishware. Fortunately, we had our camper van and had these items available.
We stayed at the Red Stone Inn for 2 nights while visiting Arches National Park. While not as new as some of the other hotels, it was clean and comfortable. Location was great and within walking distance to several good restaurants. The kitchenette was a plus. There is also a spa.

IsraelCoffee machine did not work, even after it was changed. Very tight, 2 double beds take up all the space. As a solo this was not a problem.
Location was excellent, quiet but slightly off the main road. Close to a supermarket. Close to restaurants. Bed was super comfy. Ac worked , a bit noisy for very light sleepers. Charge port very convenient on the lamp by the bed.

United States of AmericaThe room was tiny and needed upgrading. The tv was small, high, and old, changing channels took ages, and it was not intuitive to figure out. There was almost no floor space around the beds. The sink never stopped dripping.
The hot tub was nice (though often crowded) and the location was good--near Moab Brewery. And we liked that it was pet friendly, though there were signs everywhere saying 'no pets allowed' (?).

United States of AmericaOne issue we had is that the ceiling in the bathroom leaked (it was rainy). It would drip right on you while using the toilet lol. I told the check out lady but she didn’t seem especially concerned.
Love this spot-it’s actually a gem for the price between the gorgeous (and sorta quiet) location and facilities. Nothing fancy but great for Moab.

United States of AmericaIt felt more like a loud dormitory than a hotel. Walls and door were very thin, and some guests seemed a little inconsiderate. Someone with a baby left a dirty diaper in the hallway, and someone with a dog(s) let them run loose and LOUD down the tiled hallway.
Location was great, close to town. The shower in the room was really nice. It was convenient having a fridge and microwave in the room. Front desk staff person was very kind and friendly.

United States of AmericaI wished I had a table and chair where I could sit comfortably to eat meals and work on my laptop. Walking my dog from the Inn required walking a short stretch of noisy busy traffic in order to get to a trail, dog park, or quieter neighborhoods.
I slept very well in the room - it was quiet and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I liked that I was given a room near the end of the corridor, so my pup didn't have to encounter anybody inside. There was a convenient patch of grass for my dog to relieve himself right outside the exit. The dog park is a short walk from the Inn. The little kitchenette was as expected with fridge and microwave - the kitchen sink was a bonus :)
