I have a random $3 charge for no reason I need to call in about. My husband and I came here for a night away for our anniversary, and just slept in the room, nothing else.

the pool heater being down was a bummer but still ok.

loved the basket ball hoop wished there was a newer net on it for my kids but it worked just fine. the pool heater was broken but nothing like a cold plunge after a day of skiing! the staff were incredibly accommodating and chatty making you feel at home! the room was great and spacious even with the kids!

The only things I didn't care for was the Sunday Cleaning lady didn't take my trash I sat out for her. Also the pool was freezing.

I loved the staff and the facility was clean. Quiet location despite being close to the freeway. Will stay and Residence Inn more now.

Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest (maybe hard water stains in the shower/sink?); also, there was a hole near the door handle in the door of one of the bedrooms

he breakfast was weak. Not enough fruit (only oranges) bananas and apples would be a good addition. Also bagels. cream cheese and jam would be an easy addition.

The grounds were nicely maintained. The staff was helpful. We travel with our dog and it was very dog friendly. Easy access to freeway.

It was a little run down. The wallpaper was peeling, the tiles were cracked in the bathroom, the furniture was stained, the curtains had marker coloring on them, and there was a burn hole in the carpet. I would say this is a 2 star hotel and not somewhere I would stay again.

It was close to what I needed. The kitchen was nice and had everything you would need, although I didn't use it.

It is hard to evaluate our stay in Residence Inn Boise West because the hotel canceled our reservation a few hours before our arrival without notification and without informing Booking.com. We arrived at about 6 pm and learned that there was no room for us. The staff left us (with a child and a couple of elder parents) to our own devices in a foreign city with few vacancies due to the festival taking place. Eventually, I found another place to stay, which was more expensive, obviously. And looking for it has ruined my afternoon... The hotel so far does not feel responsible.

this is a lovely little hotel that conveniently allows dogs! it’s exceptionally clean and updated, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is great (oatmeal with 10 diff toppings, waffles, ham and eggs etc) the pool is warm, a fire pit outside and a basketball court…we look forward to staying here on all our road trips along this route!

Breakfast was adequate and convenient, tasty ,: clean welcoming environment. The rooms provided far more space and amenities than anticipated. Could be very comfortable for longer stay. Would be ideal for travel with children.

I didn't like the location ,but only because there is always a cop parked on the road that you had to go down to get to the hotel. Other than that no complains

I liked the temperature of the swimming pool , the pool hrs.. I liked how there was dishes already provided in the room. I liked how nobody complained about us being noisy.the breakfast was delicious

The pool/spa was only a pool that was very dirty. The shower in our room leaked into the wall and the wall paper was peeling and moldy around soap holders, nails were sticking out of the transitions and kept cutting our feet. For over $400 for 2 nights, we will certainly not be staying there again.

The location was good and the staff was pleasant.
