The complimentary breakfast was very good, could have used some veggies. Our suite was very comfortable and allowed for cooking.

Pretty average in almost every respect. Breakfast was only passable. Cramped corridors from lift to room with house keeping trolleys barely leaving space for passage. Reception staff not overly friendly or helpful. This is definitely a budget hotel at New York prices.

The room is ok, but it was unexpectedly with 2 queen beds instead of 1 king-size bed. The bed itself is good.

The location is pretty good. Close enough to everything or easy to take a bus or get a short taxi ride. Nice breakfast for every taste. It's super convenient to be able to store the luggage in the hotel. The stuff is good.

Location was great-walking distance to Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Time Square and to nearby restaurants. Central location but away from the noise and congestion of Time Square. Room had a kitchenette with a good sized refrigerator with freezer on top ( not the mini fridges you get in most hotels). We would book again.

The room was a bit dark as it was on a lower floor at the back of taller buildings, but quite big for NYC, so it wasn’t a major issue esp if you’re not in the room often.

Came for mix of work and leisure - chose the hotel as I had reward points to use and needed to add extra nights. Very helpful, accommodating staff, comfortable size room with two beds/enough space while traveling with my sibling. Useful small kitchen. Great breakfast spread and good location walking distance to 5th Av, Broadway, etc so also perfect for tourists.

It was highly cost.

The breakfast was great with several options as I had expected following my last stay in a Residence Inn in Ghent, Belgium. Overall it met my expectations. Locations was also great and quite centric in Manhattan!

Rooms seem smaller than expected. Having only one chair made it awkward to sit in the evening.

Excellent breakfast; walking distance to Grand Central Station, UN Plaza, shopping and dining. Staff are wonderful and helpful. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher and access to laundry was very helpful.

The free internet was really horrible. I had to use my cell phone plan. At this cost the high speed internet must be included.

The bed was comfortable. Location was very close to a lot of food places and also close to my work. Everything was clean and the staff was really helpful. I would stay there again.

The location is great if you have business at the UN. There were also a few grocery stores around for supplies and an African restaurant

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

I like the staff that was on duty during our stay. they were so friendly and accommodating with our luggage. we checked out early but we were able to leave our luggage with peace of mind.
