Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Unfortunately the cable tv wasn't working in the room I was assigned to however in previous instances it was working. Unsure if it was due to an outage or possible malfunction but it served what I needed; catch some zzzs, shower, and keep driving on the following day.
The location was great as it's near two plazas that offer fast food and groceries. Prices when booked online are slightly cheaper & different than those in person, however it may vary. Amenities were great for the price.

One of the card readers to go into the hotel did not work properly. It took several swipes before it would work and we could open the door. Body soap that was provided smelled awful. There was nowhere to hang clothes. Very small beds.

Wi-Fi was really bad, disconneting too often. Breakfast was ok for a couple of days, not too many options if you stay more. You need a car, nowhere to walk.
Room was big with kitchen and big shower. Bed comfortable, easy parking. Cleanliness ok, staff good too.

No ice machines. We had to get a plastic bag and ask the front desk person to fill it from the back. Also, I had to have the key cards reheated twice. Lastly, I have a really bad knee and when the elevator didn’t work, three flights of stairs was too much.
The room was spectacular! Roomy, cozy, and very comfortable.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and well maintained. This location was excellent and we felt very safe there. Family friendly and quiet for an excellent night of sleep. Breakfast was perfect!

Had to walk outside to get to lobby and breakfast.
Like the kitchen bench and desk, so we both could do work. Like real cutlery and crockery and big coffee pot.

Bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut; fire place didn’t work; bathroom tub had very sluggish drain ( so even short showers meant standing in ankle deep water). Furnishings were very basic, low quality, not overly comfortable. Carpet was aged, and torn/ frayed under kitchen table. There were no welcoming pamphlets, no in- room literature about the hotel facilities ( no info about where to find things like ice, when pool was open, etc). No complimentary pen, paper, no dish soap, limited complimentary supplies. Complimentary breakfast was lacking; pre-mixed, packaged foods, limited options.
We had a two bedroom suite with a king bed and bath in each, eat-in kitchen, and small living. It was a marvellous set up. Three TVs, desk in one bedroom, kitchen table, dishwasher, adequate kitchen utensils. Very clean. Very bright, welcoming suite. Plenty of places to work, charge laptops, phones, etc. kitchen was very clean, fridge worked great. We did not use the coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, oven or microwave.

I didn’t realize it was an extended stay hotel so you don’t get housekeeping until you’ve been there a week I think it was.

Dont really understand why $5 per night of parking while all other hotels that have an outside parking like that have it for free.
