Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaBreakfast was disappointing. For $400 a night, it would be nice for the food to be warm, and serve an actual protein that isn’t weird deli ham or turkey sausage.
Good clean room and location. Staff was friendly.

United States of AmericaTemporarily a work in progress. Our free breakfast had no bacon until the last morning of our stay, and never any biscuits & gravy. Rooms were more for office than comfort. but had no usb outlets and tv's were very small for rooms. No choice of room with firm or soft beds. We're old, so..
Close to everything we wanted to enjoy without driving. Prompt attempts to please and correct any problems. Very good management.

United States of AmericaThe only complaint I have is the mattress on the pull out is dirty, stained and only a flat sheet is provided to make the bed. I would have felt more comfortable with a mattress cover would have been available to cover it as a barrier. This is the 2nd time we've atayed and is my complaint on both occasions.

United States of AmericaI rented the 2 bedroom suite for accessibility for my elderly dad. the couch was too low, the kitchen table chairs too high and the walk in shower was very slippery. I suggest you reevaluate the furniture and bathroom for elderly and handicapped renters. The key lock on the rear access door wasn’t working reliably.
location was great, breakfast was good, service was excellent, employees were very helpful

United States of AmericaThe only drawback was the early morning, construction noise from the parking garage, next door; it woke me up a couple times. The sheets on the bed consistently came undone and your pillows were horrible.
The accommodations exceeded my expectations; I'll most certainly stay at the hotel upon my next visit. This hotel was convenient to various restaurants and entertainment at the Legends

United States of AmericaWhen I was there I was only able to use the hot tub one night. Because the jet in the hot tub that makes the bubbles needed to be replaced. And after my 2nd day of arriving the water in the hot tub wasn't hot at all. So that was a let down. My shower had a single glass panel so I'd always have to dry the floor with towels each time I got out of the shower. The pillows was too flat and hurt my neck the whole week I was there.
I loved the different varieties and variations of breakfast they offered. They had scrambled eggs, bacon, canidan ham, sausage, turkey sausage, chicken sausage, hashbrown patties, potatoes with peppers and onions, Biscuits and Gravy, a waffle maker, orange juice, apple juice, hot tea, hot chocolate, coffee with a variety of different sugars and creamers. The room included basically everything a home would have in it. Full size fridge, dishes, ice maker in the freezer, dishwasher, flat top cook top, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, dish soap, Sponges, dishwasher pod, laundry facility $2 to wash and dry, fitness center, basketball court, a grill area outside, a market where you can get snacks and drinks, indoor pool and hot tub, and a ATM. I also loved the convenience of location of the hotel. Its by multiple restaurants, stores and etc... Location wise it's perfect.
