The breakfast was extremely poor. We went down 20 minutes prior to closing and everything, including coffee was out. Coffee was refilled after staff was notified but basic fruit or muffins were not.

The location was excellent - very close to both center of Rockport and Gloucester. Parking was easy and convenient. Room was good sized and comfortable.

Didn't notice an elevator. Got a little lost but not too bad, but would help if there was signage, like the room number ones, to the pool, lobby, etc. The pool said there was a spa, perhaps a hot tub but we couldn't find any. Perhaps seasonal?

Great location. Close to town. Nice decor. Little area with books and games to borrow. Comfortable room. Great pool. Lovely fire pit area (too bad it wasn't on). Staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast area was a nice grab and go selection. Absolutely would stay again!

Information at the desk or in the room about basics like rules for having pets or safety info or about the hotel’s amenities. When we asked the staff had answers but we had to seek them out and ask.

There were lots of mass produced packaged options but also some fresh and less processed options for breakfast foods.

Fire drill at 2:15 am and had to stay outside in the cold for over an hour. Weren’t offered anything for this. Should have been credited something for the inconvenience

The HVAC system in our room seemed somewhat outdated and unfortunately was noisy which woke me several times throughout the course of the 2 evenings I stayed there.

room was nice and clean, but lite on lighting, TV worked but never knew what was on any channel, no guide, breakfast was good, but could have had some more hot items. water was nice and warm, A/C worked but didn't follow temperature gauge too closely, had to turn off at times because getting too hot even set at 68.

Kids running up and down the halls yelling. At least it stopped by 11:00... Too many kids Too many kids for someone who needed peace and quiet. Not their fault. My fault for not realizing the place is set up perfectly for that sort of stay.

The room was clean. Comfortable bed. I would have enjoyed the pool I think, if the children/teens didn't hog it all night. Yes.. All night, while the parents drank and ignored them around the fire pit...

Towels were not completely white-old but clean.

Facility was quiet- didn’t hear a lot of hallway noise or water running/toilets flushing. Appreciated the coffee available all day. Fire pit area was lovely and we were lucky to have good weather. Close to Gloucester and Rockport tourist spots.

During our stay on Halloween, everything around us closed so early. With that, we had no restaurants to eat at when we arrived, the closest/only one was a mile or two down the road.

Rooms were huge,clean, and quiet (surprisingly). My room was at the end, right next to Main Street. The beds were big and comfortable. The pillows could have been better, but it's ok every hotel,motel,inn is like that.
