A little more room in the bathroom. An updated room. Staff that could actually help you without having to find someone that understands what you need.

Breakfast was good. Room was good in size and nice bathroom was a little small. Staff was good minus a few telling you they can’t speak English

The bathroom needs a touch up in cosmetics. An it also needs a bathroom door lock. The AC unit smelled moldy. Didn’t like that maintenance entered our room without knocking on the door. Scared my wife and daughter.

Hotel - little outdated

Shuttle to cruise port was 1 hr late… apparently only 1 can at that time. Everyone was pissed and almost got an Uber.

Breakfast adequate but would have liked more warm options. Was told other items available only on weekends.

Breakfast wasn't quite what we were expecting, only warm item was waffles and coffee. Was told if stayed longer( after checkout) cost would be $10/hour per person. $30 for early checkin.

The Shuttle experience from the airport to the hotel was horrible. We waited for over an hour and no communication was provided to us. I had to call 3 times, only to be told the driver was coming. We were traveling with grandparents, a baby and young kids in the Florida heat. This was unacceptable. We ended up having to Uber some of our party to the hotel.

The rooms were comfortable. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the bar next door.

Lobby - almost made us turn around and go someplace else. Experience after getting to our room was much better than expectation as we entered the lobby.

Bed was very comfortable, pillows were very supportive, bathroom had very nice shower and sinks, room was clean. Breakfast was good, waffles were great, coffee was very good. Room was quiet. Shuttle was a bit wierd -- air conditioning did not work. But free from airport and to the cruiseport made up for that. Lobby is a turn off though. Need to look at doing something about it.

As a handicapped person I wish I had known about the stairs & lack of elevator access, I would have requested a 1st floor room. The breakfast service was small & unorganized & way too crowded, we ended up sitting in the outer hall.

Cruise port shuttle was a plus, restaurant was a nice surprise with happy hour specials, husband loved the motorcycle night that was unexpected. The gift shop was convenient for drinks & snacks.

We had a quiet room, well located and clean with a coffee machine. Close to the airport and cruise port. The shuttle driver was WONDERFUL.

Poor breakfast; surly manager; non-working room key; few amenities in room and such bad treatment in 84 Marina from obnoxious servers (I couldn’t eat there because I had a food voucher) and had to carry the overcooked burger to my room some distance away. I’m contacting the Broward Chamber of Commerce. Also.. I waited 1 1/2 hours in the sun at the airport for the hotel shuttle and called the hotel 4 times and finally took a taxi to the hotel.

shuttle service outside hotel cleanliness and upkeep

breakfast was fine, simple and similar to other hotels who have breakfast included The shuttle service is not well organised at all. The dispatch gave us wrong pick up point at the airpirt causing us to waist nearly 2 hours while the shuttle drove right by us sveral times. We ended up taking a taxi and paying $90 for our group pf 6. When we arrived at the hotel and explained this, front desk didnt take ownership for confusion blaming call center. Then when we asked front desk to secure shuttle to cruise port for the next morning, they said they were fully booked. Then, the shuttle driver and front desk argued about spaces on the morning shuttle, the driver told us to trust him and that there would be spaces on the shuttle. He was right and there was still plenty of spaces on the shuttle.

My daughter, who has a disability, had a shower and stepped out onto a towel on the floor. Yes, there are grab bars, however she slipped and fell and hit her forehead off the toilet bowl. She was tender and bruised for a few days. I did tell the front desk that non slip mats should be in the rooms and the woman didn't seem interested to hear what I had to say. She did at least ask how my daughter was. but nothing further.

The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Loved the courtyard. Shuttle picked us up from the airport. We then paid for the shuttle to the Miami port to catch our cruise the next day.
