needs upgrade , tube needs replacing . should have ice bucket, coffee pot and more than 1 trash can. I didn't like walking up to the 2nd floor.i had knee surgery.

price. location wasn't bad. after an I booked this place a opening where I was going opened up same price closer.

Check-in was extremely slow, took about 45 minutes for them to figure out what they were doing. No amenities. Floors were thin, thus I could here a lot of bumpy noises from upstairs.

big room, basic but nice enough. good price and location, especially for August. Have stayed here a few times for that reason. Staying near the beach and boardwalk would cost you at least twice as much.

I wish they didn't have a window and used the front desk area. More towels since there were 5 of us. We only had 2 towels. Didn't receive more when asked. The room was in need of repairs and for the price it was high. But it was the cheapest when booking online.

It was quiet and I felt safe. People were friendly. Plenty of room. Our room was spacious.

The bathroom was update and had burn marks on the side of the tub. The bathroom was a little small. The blow dryer didn’t work. One of my bed frames was crack so the bed was leaning. The Wi-Fi was not that strong and kept going in and out.. no smoking rooms

The staff, the room size, and the beds. The price, how close we was to the city. The beds were comfortable. The refrigerator was cold. There wasn’t no nosey guests.

It's dirty. They need better housekeepers. The walkway to the rooms are wet, dirty and not maintained. My room was like a suite, the adjacent room was for the housekeepers. You could hear them talking at 8am. Doors needed to pushed hard to open or slammed closed. Half the towels were dirty. It is a non-smoking room but duvet had holes from smoke burns. Random holes in wall with supposed mouse covers.

It's about 13 minutes to the boardwalk and casinos. Friendly staff

The fact that I was bounced from room to room because of a mistake, then dirty/used sheets in a second room, 3 rooms altogether before neing able to kick back. Also the rooms claimed to be smoke free but smelled of smoke & there's a charge for asking for a smoke free room.

Limited parking, the bed was extremely old and stiff. The spa tub was very old and so loud we couldn’t even hear each other talk. There was a $50 cash deposit when we arrived that was disclosed prior to arriving. The manager made us feel like we were criminals with the extensive list of rules and regulations. We we’re supposed to meet with relatives and friends to go to Atlantic City for the evening but we we’re not allowed to have them come to the room so we could car pool in together instead of taking multiple vehicles. Very frustrating

Hot tub took forever to fill up. (I cleaned it before we got in) it was run down, but what do you expect for $37. Wasn't too bad. Would I stay again? Eh maybe not.

I didn't like the old furniture, the light fixtures can be tightened or replaced on the wall(dirty &loose) the nozzle on the jacuzzi was loose it needs to be tightened or replaced. The smell wasn't the worst but it wasn't the best. The room should be set knowing you have a guest coming, turn the air on to air it out and spray something pleasant. A few tweeks can boost your sales and how often customers return even during the off season.

I like the size of the room , the jacuzzi , the ocean view and how close it was to the beach. Not a far travel, the basketball court was a nice touch

Room could have been up kept a little better, there was burns in our blankets, the fridge had no shelving in it so there it left little room for storage. The room seemed smaller than we expected based on the photos, lastly the room was advertised as "sea view" when the bay was across a divided highway- so couldn't even see the bay from the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel a man and woman was sitting outside the office just hanging out-the person behind the counter started talking to me and I could not hear him- seemed very unprofessional for others to just be hanging out in the way.

Outside entrance to the room. Multiple cards were provided to us. Quiet outside when sleeping at night. Aloud half the group to check in before everyone arrived.
