I paid extra for ocean view and did not receive it. I notified the front desk and the second room was a glimpse of the ocean. Just get a regular room, they will place you wherever.

I like the location and the shuttle rides around the different place. I enjoy the embassy outdoors pool and live DJ.

There were dust bunnies on the floor. The indoor swimming pool is very crowded, not for swimming.

Feels dated and behind the times. No recycling or other environmental measures at all - really made it feel even more behind the times. Key cards fail regularly (I had to replace them three times)

The bed was not comfortable at all, nor did you offer extra pillows or covers for the price.the toilet ended up breaking

The staff was nice because the TV didn’t work in the first room and the repair man did the best he could to make it right.

The Oceanview was not really an Oceanview. I expected to see the ocean, but instead the view was of the front of the Hilton and the round about mostly.

the beds were cheap mattresses and the indoor pool being at another location was inconvenient. they did offer another room so that was very nice. they do shuttle to the pool but calling and setting up a shuttle just was a surprise.

Beach access and plenty of pools and things to do. It was nice being on a resort.

Checkin was a miss this time. Had to rekey our condo keys. They did not work after we checked in. Think it was mostly due to so many checking in at the same time

Facility is nice, well kept and convenient to most attractions and shops. Also good for those that do not want to venture outside of the grounds.

The room itself was older. There was a need to dust around the lighting fixtures and lamps. A lot of dust, could not set the table it was so much dust.

My room was facing the beach and from my bed was able to watch the sun rise at 7:32am...It was awesome!

pool service grunted and didnt look up from their phone when asked for towels shame to have people in front of house dont care

everything was great as advertised. rooms were excellent, facilities were excellent, a little confusion at check in over charges but fixed quickly. very clean will be back

Wanted ocean FRONT not View. Elevators where insufficient and normally there was a wait. Arrived at 12N and asked for an early check in but still had not been called to check in after 4pm and had to ask and said room was still not ready and finally put us in another room. Desk attendants apparently have NO authority to accommodate special request. Pool was TOO small. Three hotels in one made a bit confusing when first arriving

The bed was not the most comfortable. They could have dimmed the bar lights a little to make for a great atmosphere at night. I was told by receptionist that the pool closed at sunset but that was not true. She also didn't explain my room location even though I told her it was my first time staying there. I returned later that lady was very helpful.

Very nice location & amenities with the Hilton Hotel next door & part of the package. The location near the beach with the nice bar & sitting area outside the Hilton Hotel.
