It was all fine, just don't expect brand new. I wish ALL motels would get the memo that that grey color LED light bulbs are bright, but they aren't very...nice or warm. I prefer the "yellow" LED bulbs. This is not unique to the Safari Motel. Lol.

This is a classic old Motel. Maintained quite adequately! It's not new, and the furnishings and such are a little worn, and a little dark in the room, but it's spacious, we parked right in front of our room and there was practically no one else there and it was very reasonably priced.

Says check-in only until 9:30pm and although I got there much earlier, still wondered what would happen if I were delayed.

An ordinary motel of old vintage but very well maintained and renovated, nice carpet, good in-room facilities, odor-free, quiet, clean, nothing broken or worn down. Better than one might expect for the price, so really an exceptional value. Also like that each staircase only serves a few rooms, not the entire second floor, feels more private that way.

Bed was really firm with only 2 pillows. TV was 5 regular channels and then 30 infomercial HSN channels. Felt like we overpaid.

Very good location, the staff recomended a very good Mexican restaurant. The room was clean with a very comfortable mattress.

The shower could probably be deep cleaned. The grout in the tile looked like it just needed scrubbed really good. And unfortunately the WiFi was pretty weak. The biker bar across the street was slightly noisy but not something you couldn’t sleep through

Honestly I had no complaints.

This is not a fancy motel, but, it was clean comfortable and perfectly decent and a great price. My room had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Everything worked and was clean. The property, again not fancy, was very well maintained outside and it looks like it being improved upon continually. There was fresh paint on the building. You could tell someone cared about improving the place. The front desk was helpful, friendly, and offered assistance when encountered The room, though dated, was clean and again, seemed to be being improved little by little. Mine had what appeared to be new carpet. Again, for the price I had no complaints. It appeared the ice machine was new too.

NO HANDICAPPED PARKING. Air conditioner was LOUD. Furnishings are well used but still useful. Bare bones amenities. Not sure if mold or just old grout in the shower.

It was clean. Bed was comfortable with decent quality sheets and pillows. Old Building that has seen some attention from owners. Satellite TV.

If you are handicapped or have trouble with stairs find another hotel. All the downstairs rooms are double beds. No handicapped parking spaces either. Staff was not very friendly.

Very basic facilities. Single glazed windows only so noisy from road - lots of lorries early in the morning. Space for two beds in the room.

Next to main road and junction of highways to go east-west or north-south. Friendly and welcoming staff. New carpet in room. Quiet in evening. One bed was firm.
