The room had mold in the bathroom ceiling. The TV was not connected to anything.

No breakfast, no snacks at all. No ice machine. And even though website lists refrigerators and microwaves in rooms, there was neither. Beverage machines sold out. VERY noisy neighbors and many guests? non-guests?loitering all over the property and entrance (drug deals?). Vehicle entrance/exit confusing and dangerous.

Did not like the room old and TV would not work so they had to move to another room.could not get extra towels .no comforter the wifi did not connect our last time staying there .

What I liked was that they accept cash for a security deposit because some places charge you twice for putting a card on file.

The price was ok but for the condition the rooms were in shoulda been a little more cheaper. Because some rooms had refrigerators and some didn't. Some T.V. s worked and some didn't. So if you bought food for a refrigerator then say you need one.

The bathroom, toilet paper, and walls had black tar markings everywhere. The bathtub was definitely not cleaned from the last person who used it. Their hair was everywhere, there was black smudged marks on the bottom of the tub. The toilet seat looked like it was +30years old, with the stains and chips to show. The amenities provided were bare minimum at best. Walls were thin, could hear my neighbors entire conversations and the shows they were watching. The A/C unit was missing a nob, making it harder to use.

I liked the old style of still using keys rather than key cards, that was interesting. No bugs, so that was a bonus. Bedding seemed clean. The man attending the front desk was nice.

Well, I was there was cold bites the heater did not work and the air conditioner. I’m sure they’re not work. Those are those Equipment needs to be replaced.

Not much I think the whole property has to be remodeled. I’m not sure when it was built he needs a lot of work over

The room was very dated and felt like it was from the early 20th century The main light in the room didn’t work and you have to rely upon side lights to see in the dark One of the receptionists seemed to be not very welcoming or friendly The Wi-Fi was very temperamental and it barely worked

The room is very dated, feels dirty. With some simple upgrades - paint, carpet, furniture, bathroom - this would be a great place. But it just felt grossly dirty.

Staff is very friendly. We were going to an event at Levi's Stadium and there's a train across the street, which was VERY convenient.

Everything was outdated inside the room. There were homeless people outside the side of building. There was no pool or breakfast. I left my sweater inside the room after checkout and when I called them to ask about it they said housekeeping didn’t find it.

The beds were comfy. Other than that there really wasn’t anything else I liked about this place. It was just a place to rest your head at.

Small parking area. Large vehicles would not be able to use the parking area. Bed could use a new mattress.

They advertise a coffee pot in your room, but no room had a coffee pot plus all the plugs were worn out and the cord was falling out of the plug holes. I do think that is a safety hazard. Sheets were stained. I hope they were washed.

Everything was severely outdated. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was blood on the curtains and under the picture frame above the bed. Things were broken and not fixed. The water would only get luke warm. The neighborhood was a little shady. We had to provide our own soap and shampoo.

The price was good and was close to everything including lite rail. The front desk person was very nice and did a quick check in and check out.

After reading the reviews I was hesitant to keep this booking but thought to give it a try. For under $100 a nite it was exactly what I paid for and needed. The room is old but clean.

I can't remember a night/day where I wouldn't overhear what sounded like a really serious row. So serious, in fact, that I regularly wondered if I should call the police. I didn't feel particularly safe in the area or in the motel. This is something that I think the owners are quite aware of, but despite their attempts to make things as safe as possible, I just couldn't relax while staying there. There are security cameras and a fine is enforced for lurking. Travelling as a single woman without a car, I wouldn't stay again.

The room itself was fine for my purposes. It was quite dark, but it was spacious, with a good functioning shower, nice large bed, and working fridge and freezer, and a table where one could work. (There was also a TV, but I didn't use it. What's really skewed my review here is however also the reason why I decided to cut my stay two nights shorter and find somewhere else to stay.
