We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

VERY noisy neighbors and many guests? non-guests?loitering all over the property and entrance (drug deals?). Vehicle entrance/exit confusing and dangerous.

United States of AmericaWhat I liked was that they accept cash for a security deposit because some places charge you twice for putting a card on file.
The price was ok but for the condition the rooms were in shoulda been a little more cheaper. Because some rooms had refrigerators and some didn't. Some T.V. s worked and some didn't. So if you bought food for a refrigerator then say you need one.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom, toilet paper, and walls had black tar markings everywhere. The bathtub was definitely not cleaned from the last person who used it. Their hair was everywhere, there was black smudged marks on the bottom of the tub. The toilet seat looked like it was +30years old, with the stains and chips to show. The amenities provided were bare minimum at best. Walls were thin, could hear my neighbors entire conversations and the shows they were watching. The A/C unit was missing a nob, making it harder to use.
I liked the old style of still using keys rather than key cards, that was interesting. No bugs, so that was a bonus. Bedding seemed clean. The man attending the front desk was nice.

Staff is very friendly. We were going to an event at Levi's Stadium and there's a train across the street, which was VERY convenient.

United States of AmericaEverything was outdated inside the room. There were homeless people outside the side of building. There was no pool or breakfast. I left my sweater inside the room after checkout and when I called them to ask about it they said housekeeping didn’t find it.
The beds were comfy. Other than that there really wasn’t anything else I liked about this place. It was just a place to rest your head at.

USAEverything was severely outdated. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was blood on the curtains and under the picture frame above the bed. Things were broken and not fixed. The water would only get luke warm. The neighborhood was a little shady. We had to provide our own soap and shampoo.
The price was good and was close to everything including lite rail. The front desk person was very nice and did a quick check in and check out.
