The bathroom door didn't shut. Otherwise it was fine. Surprised that there wasn't a coffee maker or microwave in the room.

The location is perfect for the Woods Hole Ferry. You can park your car there, but for a price...however it's worth it! The staff were very accommodating.

COVID excuse as to why no house cleaning. To me that is a poor excuse to save money. The pool towels were in the office, no reason they should not be at the pool. Put them out in the am & take them in at night when the pool closed at 9PM.

The staff was amazing, very helpful . The ground were well groomed and great flowers. The pool was clean and comfortable. They had ferry tickets to Martha' Vineyard at the office which saved us time.

I did have a problem with small ants in the bathroom and they also got in my cooler.

Breakfast was minimal--just snacks. Room was comfortable and spacious.

It's built in 1962 so don't expect brand new facility. However, people like me can appreciate its charms.

Had a great experience! Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great ocean views and charming little town. It is even better than Martha's Vineyard. Will definitely visit again.

I loved how clean and comfortable it was. We needed to participate in a memorial service on Martha's Vineyard and it was perfect for that. Only a quick walk to and from the ferry. I was also very impressed with the staff truly friendly and so quick to make sure we had everything. I have stayed in a lot of places, and they never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them, which is usually how I feel in hotels/motels.

The room we stayed in had a nice view of the harbor. The rooms were large and clean, and the property well cared for. The pool was heated though we didn't use it. Good coffee available in the lobby. Very convenient for ferry to Martha's Vineyard and restaurants in Wood Hole.

I have no complaints

The property reminded me of a very nice old time road side motel, at least one part, that sits in front of a large more hotel style building of differing sized rooms. All of it is perched right on Woods Hole Road the main thoroughfare to get to town or back to Falmouth, and sits over a gorgeous Harbor. Woods Hole itself is in walking distance as is the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. It was October when we went and the plantings all around were still well kept and very pretty. Very cheerful, colorful place. Everyone behind the desk was helpful, kind, very willing to share any information a guest might seek. We were there for a weekend wedding nearby and it was a perfect location for everything we were scheduled to do. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Always had to be careful walking. No rooms that did not involve stairs. A stair to get into the room. Parking lot involved climbing up and climbing down. Mobility issues have been ignored.

We had a first floor room and, unfortunately, the couple in the room above us weighed a collective 500 lbs. The Inn appeared to have just a few guests for that night, so spacing us out would have made our stay a lot nicer.

We could walk to the ferry for Martha’s Vineyard. The property is set back from the road which helped with traffic noise. The property landscaping was very nice.

Very convenient to our day trip to Martha's Vineyard. We were allowed to leave our car on their property until evening after checking out that morning. Simply walk down hill to ferry.

Ferry hirn blasts every hour until 10 pm and starts around 7 am so may not be conducive to good sleeping capabilities depending upon schedule.

Great staff. Great location to catch ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Room was very clean and each room had a balcony. Pool available/heated to 80 degrees with beautiful landscaping. Walking distance to restaurants. Easy parking.

The drain in the bath tub was broken, ringed by something black (mold?), and the drain, when pulled out, was covered with hair.
