The room smelt funny and the floors were all tile. No where to dry pool towels or swim suit

The only problem was that the mattresses were very worn out and need to be replaced. We slept fine but every time you moved it made a very loud creaking noise and they had divots from people sleeping on them. The front office staff was a little short when I had to ask them to talk a little slower and repeat what they were saying as I have hearing loss and they were talking very fast with a mask on making it difficult for me to understand them.

The room was exceptionally clean. Loved that it has tile throughout and the a/c was ice cold. The furniture was relatively new and the mini frig and microwave was spot less. We were able to park right in front of our room which was very nice. Pool, playground and work out room was spotlessly clean and well maintained.

The air conditioning was out in our room. Front desk staff immediately moved us to another room with working air, however, the room was SMALLER. She called it "an upgrade". When I returned to let her know, front desk staff insisted it was a bigger room, but it was clearly smaller square footage and one sink vanity in the "upgrade" vs a two sink vanity in the previous room. She would not make any further accommodations or adjust the price for a smaller room. It was more important to us to have working air conditioning vs the bigger room I had paid for, but was definitely disappointed.

Room and grounds/property were very clean. Housekeeping staff was very friendly.

The cleaning team (person) didn’t change the bed sheets and some towels, and the mirror was dirty. Overall was a good place.

Good spot! Close to a lot of stores, fast food chains and restaurants, the pool was clean, the place feels safety!

the telephone in our room did not work, so we were unable to ask for a wake up call and I also think that in case of emergencies they should make sure the phones work in every room. the TV did not work, when I checked out and told the front desk, she said oh yea you have to push certain buttons that would of been nice if there had been instructions to do so. and the elevator did not work and we were on the 3rd floor. there were 5 of us with luggage so at a 3:30am check out it was stressful 🤷‍♀️

bed or box spring felt like it needed to be changed bed was low on one side.

staff was nice and clear and what prices was for what.They accommodated me on extra hours I needed in order to wait on my train to leave and each hours over my leave was not expensive 20$ each extra hour I was there.

There was no hot water when we went to shower. They also moved the TVs so there is an awkward cut out where you can tell the tv used to be on the back splash.

As soon as we settled down in the room we discovered that the shower did not work and we had to repack and switch rooms.

The cleanliness and state of the room was immediately apparent and very welcoming!

my only complaint was there really should be lamps in the rooms at the wall nearest the door the room was dark. and the phone did not work . but it was so clean and staff was so amazing I didn’t mind.

everything! very clean , staff was always visible on the grounds smiling and working hard to keep the place at its best, huge surprise at how nice this place was considering the reputation of hotels on 192 . hands down this place is a diamond in the rough.

No laundry facility, online it said you offered breakfast, you did not, too far to walk to anything, you had to walk next door to smoke, even though I got video of housekeepers smoking outside of the rooms and disposing of butts over the railing.

I liked the pool and the beds were comfortable, and I liked the amenities in the room, the microwave, toaster, silverware, plates, glasses etc.
