The people in the room next to us were up til after 1 am talking loudly, tv on , too much noise coming from them. I paid my money to get some rest not be up most of the night. I think this hotel has people living there now.

The breakfast is always great. The room is always clean. The staff is very courteous.

Wasn’t happy with my stay this time. I booked a queen beds ahead of time and when I got there was told they had no more rooms with queen beds only two. When we got to the room the room key didn’t work. So we had to go back to the office. When we got in the room there was no soap. I have stayed here in the past and it was fine but this time I was very disappointed

The rooms wasn't the cleanest, the floors looked like they've never been mopped. The mattresses were clean but we did aske for clean sheets. We had our 1 year old with us so I cleaned the floors by hand with baby wipes & disinfectant so he could walk on them. Other than that, it was a decent stay for the price we paid. It wasn't terribly disgusting or a bad neighborhood.

The gentleman working nights was great! Friendly, accommodating. I unfortunately didn't get his name but appreciate him! He worked late afternoons/evenings. We checked in around 10pm.

The people in the other rooms were talking loudly outside the room in the morning but that is nothing can be done about that.

Loved the location! The staff was super helpful when I asked if I could move my room and everything worked out great !

The room had an odd smell when you first walked in. Not a dirty smell, but just not great. The room was clean but The hotel is older and has been redone and it was kind of like it had once been a smoking room and the smell of stale cigarettes was lingering There was only one vending machine for drinks and it was out of order for the duration of the stay. We stayed for three nights and never got room cleaning or fresh towels.

The location is great for Hudson River valley exploring and it was a great price. The parking lot was well lit and in the middle of all buildings so it felt safe. The bathroom was incredibly clean and looked recently updated. There was A/C, fridge, microwave Perfect place if your just needing a place to sleep There was breakfast from 6-9 but I can't review it as we didn't partake during our stay. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful when I locked myself out The room had overhead lighting and lamps

The area was a little rough. If I was alone I would have been nervous. Room was very small. No counter at all in the bathroom. Furniture was beat up.

The location was great. Very close to Sleepy Hollow. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Price was cheapest I found.

Room was clean and I was happy with wood laminates instead carpet which always has a smell overtime. Bath tub wall need a little touch up. Beds were comfy and the area was quite.

The coffee machine did not work, and I had to ask for a plunger for my toilet. The next-door person was blaring their tv. And I asked for a King and got a full...next time I want what I asked for, and the front desk person should have told me that when I chose the first floor it was not a king.

The staff could have mentioned the breakfast when we checked in. The room was very small, just large enough for bed and 2 nightstands. My son complained about the slowness of the wifi, not powerful enough to watch vídeos on his.laptop.

Very clean, generous sized bathroom, plenty of.lights, enough plus and comfortable.bed and pillows. Conveniently located nearbfamily I was visisting. The bathroom looked.like it had been upgraded recently, beautiful tile walls, curved curtain Rod and large showerhead.

The place definitely needs some minor maintenance, which should seem easy enough; peeling paint and bees nests. My room was next to the smoking rooms and smelt very badly of cigarettes; it was better with the air conditioner off. Do not use the heat or it will smell like something is about to blow up. I would only stay here for a night or two if you plan to be out and about!!

I like the layout style of this location. Despite the bees nests by the staircase, I liked how secure the layout felt. There are a lot of cameras on the premise. The staff was friendly and breakfast had many good, name brand snacks.

The outdated room, the sticky floor, the lack of wash cloths when the room was done, the noise and smoke coming in from the large gap in the door to the room, use to have better offerings for breakfast

Weekends breakfast ended at 9am. Wished for a few more minutes, perhaps 9:30am. Noise of people running on the metal stairway outside the door was intrusive.

Breakfast (6-9am) was good: juice, coffee, waffles, fruit, cereal, yogurt. Coffee, cocoa available all day.
