Ther was no info in the room about how to operate the TV and it skipped from channel to channel! The heater exchange was so noisy it was difficult to sleep

I didnt like that when I went to do a nice needed jacuzzi bath That I noticed all the jets had black crud on them. I had to clean every jet and the tub. To be honest i thought it was just the jets but when i started cleaning I realized the tub looked even better after i cleaned it. There were tape on the main picture on wall and child finger prints that werent clean the kitchen floor had been quickly wiped but at a angle you could see dirt that was left. I WENT TO HOTEL BECAUSE WE WANTED A BREAK but i had to clean during my Break. Smh it was a beautiful room very stylish well planned but who ever is cleaning needs to fired. Bedroom was clean bed comfy but as a whole house keeping clearly didnt take pride and doesnt do their job when i signed in the young man was respectful and kind later on when the snack machine took my 3.25 the male that was on at that time wasnt to thrilled to help me. Pictures are of my room only outside scenery beautiful. Like I said it should have been a awesome review the owners clearly did a great job on remodel the suite was great. Ohh and instead of the pull out couch there was 2 little half twin bed things in living room.

The air conditioners were Extremely noisy and didn't cool the room well; hot, humid, and stuffy or cold and very noisy. The bathroom didn't have towel racks or a soap dish in the shower. We put this down to "under renovation". Ice maker near our suite and only vending machine were broken. No breakfast, but a Dunkin' just down the road. We had a fantastic breakfast at Tia Maria's in downtown New Bedford - fantastic!

The bed was super comfy, the Deluxe Suite had a newly renovated bathroom and great marina views. Saturday night there was live music at the waterfront bar just outside our room. It was very hot and humid, so after eating, we sat on our couch, looked out the windows, and listened to music. Bear in mind if you have all the drapes open for the view, you are in a fishbowl; large comfortable suite and views of marina, waterfront bar, band, ducks, gulls, and bridge traffic were worth it.

Lovely spot on the water. Close to lots of good restaurants. Loved the outdoor bar, the band that played the night we were there was not our type of music but hopefully they would diversify the type of music preformed.

The room smelled funny. We couldn't open window to get some fresh air in. Speaking of, the very window had a view of a parking garage across the street - rooms with a view cost extra. The hallways were in poor shape, like they haven't been renovated since the 1960s, and there's a very strong smell of formaldehyde throughout the hallways for some reason. Hot tub is permanently closed. They make sure to tell you that. There's a smart TV in the room, but all the smart apps are locked. We were there for only one night, so it was adequate, but I wouldn't be interested in staying there for longer

The pool was surprisingly good. The room was well appointed and overall clean. Location was ideal for our trip. The pool was surprisingly good. Clean, not crowded, with wide windows and plenty of sunlight. Plentiful parking

I understand the hotel is under renovations but it would be nice if they offered a bar/restaurant within the facility and since they are under renovations and can’t serve breakfast I think there should be a slight discount.. even like 10$. If they can’t offer the whole “kit and kaboodle” then we as customers shouldn’t be expected to pay the full price.

under renovation and outdoor grill not open. Curtains did not close in rooms, they only went half way and we were on first floor near parking area and anyone could look in. Continental breakfast doesn’t start until after Memorial Day, we did not know that.

The mattress in first room was terribly soft and sunk in middle. I asked for different mattress or different room. The staff was very accommodating and moved me to a room which had better mattress but hardly any electrical outlets I could not use my sleep apnea machine because outlets were used up, and too hard to reach.

There was a nice view. There were new updates made. But were still updating many things.
