Great location, great views, minutes away from Capitola village. Caught the sunrise and the sunset. The property was big enough for an early morning sunrise views.

rented 2 villas. one of the villa's the sofa beds didnt have clean sheets abd there wasn't enough bath and pool towels for 6 people

I didn't like that the AC is not working properly, but they supplement you with stand fan, it works but for the amount you pay, they could make the cooling system better.

view was astounding, studio room, AC not working very well but its nice, the small bathroom is also nice. they have golf carts to bring you down to the beach and up back to the property if you don't want to walk. overall, the property is beautiful.

Staff was short during our stay, which meant some of the amenities we were looking forward to (room service, beach bonfire, housekeeping for the tiny trash cans) weren't available. This isn't the fault of Seascape, it's just an unfortunate state.

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. Being the off season, the property was very quiet. The few other guests that we met were all very friendly, staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful, exceeded our expectations.

The fact we had to leave. We use this place now, as one of our stay-cation locations but the price is the same as coming with a group and you get a larger place with two floors and washer and dryer. So it's nothing against the room just the nightly rates. The experience you get is worth the price It's like a home away from home with the ⛱️ and ocean in your backyard.

The studio spa tub was the best part of the room choice. So when we book again with out the kiddos we will surely get it again.

It wasn't long enough and that we couldnt bring our dog. To be honest people some people aren't great dog owners so I wouldn't want to put my baby in that position so she will always stay home.

Needed to get away for the weekend and wanted to see the beach. This was the perfect place for my family of 3 and when the cousins came up the two bedroom suite I booked last min was the perfect fit. It was conveniently located to the beach pathway and the pool so the kids could walk down on there own while we cooked upstairs. This being our first time staying here we didnt know what to expect and I will say the ocean view we had didnt disappoint even the fog was a pleasure to see.

Kitchen poorly appointed. 1 salad bowl and no other serving bowls or baskets. If you make pasta and salad something needs to stay in the cooking pot.

We stayed in a lawn access villa 5 nights. Beautiful ocean view. Clean and updated bathrooms and kitchen. Rooms were comfortably sized. Beach close, pool close, small kid playground close for small kids.

The heater didn’t work the first night. The sofa was very hard, probably a sofa bed.

There was no breakfast. The restaurant didn’t open until noon. Lunch was good.

Upstairs neighbors were loud; sound proofing wasn't good. We were awakened multiple times in the night because of footsteps, showers running, we could even hear snoring through the ceiling. No late checkout allowed.

Kitchenette was great, beautiful location.
