Road construction on hwy right in front of motel made entrance and exit a bit challenging. But this is not the motels fault.

This is an older facility , but was in nice shape. It was very quiet. Everything in the room worked as it should. It is a no frills facility but nice. No breakfast Served. Soda machine out Of order. The folks in the office were very Polite.

The pillows were awful, we had to buy 4 new ones. There weren’t enough towels or toiletries for the amount of guests they knew were staying.

A few things in our suite were a little janky and could be fixed. Considering the size of the property and cost of competing with the overpriced casino down the road, overall not bad.

Great location. Our suite was bigger than expected for the cost. The jacuzzi tub was great. We also had a private balcony. Overall really enjoyed our stay and will be staying again.

I didn't like the amount I was charged or service provided by management that checked me in. I was charged 20 dollars more than it was listed for and was told the reason for that is because he had to get out of bed just to check me in. I would not have even stayed there had the weather not been really bad. Then to make things even better there was no way to lock the doors from inside to keep other people from entering. No sense of security or safety while I was to sleep.

I didn't like being illegally charged for my 2, service dogs It's against the law to charge for service animals but the guy at the front desk wouldn't listen. But it's fine he'll soon find out that he can't do that..

Everything except being lied to and charged for my 2, services dogs, which I told the guy at the front desk that it was illegal to charge for service animals and he told my daughter that it wasn't and still charged me so I made a few calls when I returned home and found out that the motel is going to be getting into trouble for this and I was reimbursed for 1 night already by the agency and they'll contract me after they've dealt with the motel.. I love that motel and my family and I always stay there but never again.

The blankets smelled heavily of a perfumed spray that left me wondering if they simply spray a chemical dirt masking odor on to the blankets rather than actually providing clean and freshly washed blankets. I could hardly sleep due to the strong odor.

Bathroom was small. TV / Cable box was impossible to control because the remote was useless, perhaps low battery.

Bathroom sink is worn out and needs replaced. Deck surround needs rebuilt. Need to update tv channels to show the ones that actually work. Need to install phone charging station. Road and approach construction right in front of motel.

The carpet in the room needs to be stretched, I tripped on it a couple of times. There is very little control here, but getting on the driveway at night is very difficult. Highway 101 can be very awkward. Maybe better lighting could help.

The front desk lady was very nice. The property was lovely. Nice and open vibe.

Front office very disorganized. The couple running it were not very friendly. Loud barking dog on entry in their residence off the office. No information given on wi fi, checkout or where to get anything to eat or drink. The block of rooms we were in had people living long term with a truck in parking lot full of household junk.

We could hear neighbours in the bathroom, not sure if it was the AC or mini fridge but every few minutes it would scream at us when we were going to sleep. Fortunately it didn't keep us up much. Bed and pillows pretty firm for our liking. Not as comfortable than it could have been.

Proximity to Port Townsend was good, location was nice (including the deer), even though it was next to hwy 101 it wasn't noisy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant across the parking lot was great!

rooms could use updating, some of the electric lamps didn't work, carpeting in my room was loose tripping problem for people with disability i would tell the owners to fix soon they could have a law suit if someone falls

Older property in need of a remodel. Price was high for what it is, but I guess it is due to not having many options in the area.

Last minute booking and we didn't have many options. It is clean and comfortable enough. Location is a bit outside of town, which worked for us. The staff we encountered were all friendly and accommodating.

It’s very aged and smelled strongly of cleaner. The coffee machine is in the bathroom, which is very odd. There weren’t even any Kleenex in the holder in the bathroom. It was just ok for a place to stay when catching an early ferry.
