Food was not that great. Had to check out early because extending beyond an hour was chargeable, despite a late check in.

Breakfast was not worth the money & didn’t have anything sugar free for us diabetics. No alternative drinks, jelly, or syrup. Too much starch on the breakfast menu. Parking is beyond ridiculously priced!!! If you pay 68 dollars for parking, that should be for the entire weekend and not just one night! I didn’t even get to spend much time with my friends who were from Cali but a different city because they didn’t want to pay $24 to park for only a few hours and $68 to park over night. The whole purpose of my trip was to spend time with them and the parking situation just ruined that.

Love the location of the hotel to the airport, literally walking distance. The cleanliness of the room and building was of what I expected. Room are very spacious! Showers are clean! Staff is great!!! If you need any assistance they don’t hesitate. They react expeditiously! Hardly ever have to wait on a taxi. Some are usually outside.

Great location for the night before an early morning flight. They offered a free shuttle bus to the airport which was perfect.

LA airport is HUGE. A map with the exact location where to pick up the shuttle to the hotel would really help.

Polite and friendly staff at reception, restaurant and Starbucks. Check in + out was quick and easy. The airport shuttle was a BIG bonus and the driver's were excellent!

The restaurant was supposed to be open until 12:00 midnight but was closed a little after 11:00. Went to bed hungry after a long day of traveling.

The room was incredibly quiet considering the amount of planes that fly right by the hotel. I liked that the room had a fridge, coffee, and a safe. The free airport shuttle was very convenient and helpful.

Proximity to Los Angeles Airport. You can even walk from the hotel to the airport. Free airport tranfer with amazing driver. Misplaced my phone in the and the security recovered it and kept till I return. It was fantastic stay all round.

We booked 2 queen beds; landed up getting one king bed with a mobile bed as the rooms were oversold. One kid had to sleep on the sofa. Service personnel’s both at the reception and the guest service were very rude.

We got a good price for Sheraton.

The restaurant was expensive and the food was sub-standard.

Clean hotel. Nice beds. Nothing fancy but it is comfortable. We were allowed to check in early at no extra cost which was nice. It was handy to have a Starbucks on site.

Takes a long time to reach the hotel with shuttle despite short distance of less than 1km from the terminal. LA traffic is very bad, also no clear indication of walk way.

The shuttle bus was hard to find (it’s not sign posted so as LAX staff for directions). The restaurant options are expensive but I guess to be expected if eating in house.

We used this hotel as a layover for a trip into Canada. It was in a great location for what we needed and good value for money.

i just have a problem with the battery of the door, and i lost many time waiting for the technical. i recommend that have a little bit more attention in that part.
