Cockeroachers in the room

Everything was okey untill the Cockeroachers started taking over the room

Front desk people not well trained . Room card had to be rescanned 3 times ! Very disappointed with the club room poorly stocked with food . Rice krispy treats …really . Coffee/hot chocolate machine not working .

Wanted to charge $50/person to check-in early, there was a storm at arrival and thought they could have been flexible. But they took the bags off us and we went to the nearby shopping center. Room#1002: Still dont know how to use the US showers, took me 5min to have warm water. TV too big being so close to the bed. No working plug near the coffee machine, had to put on the floor.

Fast check-in once it was time (3pm) and checked in 2min... Clean room, reception and welcoming. We were here to visit and therefore didnt use any of the other facilities, leaving early and come back late to sleep. Close location to the subway and to Brooklyn bridge.

Saturday night was a bit noisy outside.

It's value for money. Subway station is right at the corner and there are plenty of eating options around, DeKalb Market Hall right across the street for one.

The club room barely and sometimes never had snacks. Also, The coffee maker was broken. Breakfast was not very good.

The only thing I didn't like , They do not have any garage parking

The room was very clean and it was quiet and peaceful. The only issue I had there was water coming from under the tub area onto the floor between the tub and the toilet, every time I take a shower you would see it on the floor It was a plumbing issue, but other than that the room was fine

Heating was inconsistent - blowing cold air - we changed rooms, but it was the same.... quite cold at night Chinese food is too expensive

I didn't like the fact of leaving a $250.00 deposit that still hasn't been returned to my debit card

Needed extra pillows--asked for but didn't get. Parking expensive and somewhat inconvenient due to one-way streets. A bit of noise from rooftop bar from our room on 21st floor. Hard to control room temp. Ice machine was distant.

Location excellent. Late checkout was made available. Good, large comfortable bed. Good lighting and electrical support. Wifi adequate. Refrigerator a plus. Quiet, with respect to nearby rooms.

Staff was friendly and the location is good centre of Brooklyn and good subway connections. Bread stand on the corner of the street and good coffee in the room.

No real complaints. The room lighting can be dim.

The room was roomy. The bed was comfy. It's peaceful and the city sounds are muffled. Plenty food options within close walking distance of the hotel. Plenty great shopping options within close walking distance. Safe areas to walk alone after dark.

The lobby area smells, the room and bathroom was small . During our last night night of stay their was a loud banging and shouting on the door room next to us, and this went for hours before the situations was handled . This was not a good experience at all. We did not appreciate it took so long to address the situation.

The hotel was close to shops, and restaurants. Walking distance to everything , very good location. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was ok.

That a pool is advertised but residents who book the hotel cannot use it.

The place was clean and the restaurant was great! The staff was also great.

the entrance of the hotel did look like the one of a 4 start hotel, the tap of the bathtub was broken and the water to the shower was not getting there properly, walls are a bit thin and require more noise isolation

Rooms were clean, furniture and everything else was in really good condition and of good quality
