Sink hot tap water too hot immediately. It could burn a child. The shower dripped constantly and the doors leaked. The bed was terribly uncomfortable but the couch was nice to sleep on. (Not pulled out; if it even does that.)

Rae was super sweet & helpful at breakfast. EVERYTHING was SO CLEAN! The decor was beautiful. I felt like I stepped into an ad for a furniture store. LOVED the light fixtures in the living room. Never found 1 TV remote. (Room 901)

After checking out and getting home I realized my wife left her entire makeup bag in the counter in the room. At has seemed to vanish! We have called hotel multiple times and they say nothing was turned in. This just shows that the housekeeping staff is not honest at all! Someone took that entire makeup bag. Yes it's our fault for leaving it but you would think a higher end hotel like this there would be honest staff. One word of advice, make sure you leave nothing because you may never see it again.

Location was wonderful! We went Braves opening home game and they had a pre game party. Front desk gentleman who checked us in was fantastic! Room was spacious and comfortable. Free breakfast was one of the best we have seen. It was very good.

I don't like paying for parking for each night of my stay. They rooms while clean, there are still attention to details I find lacking at each stay. This time, it was the vanity hook that held the towel. It falls off the wall.

The location is great. It is very convenient to go shopping, dining options, and the Braves stadium if you're in town for a game. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is ok.

The first thing I noticed was that someone had definitely smoked in the room, even though we had a non-smoking room. It wasn't enough to complain about or make our clothes smell, but it was definitely noticeable. There were a few ants in the bathroom, but not enough to cause worry. Also, I know it's a very random observation, but the toilet seat was very old. Like the outer layer was peeling up some.

Loved the look of the rooms. Very classy, and had a 1920s vibe, plus your normal modern comforts. The beds were SUPER comfortable.

The ice machine on the 5th floor never had ice. I didn't like having to pay for parking. Also, our room door didn't shut well. After housekeeping cleaned, we came back late at night to a door that wasn't shut.

The rooms were nice and spacious and clean. The water was very hot and had awesome pressure. The hotel staff was all helpful and friendly.

A couple of blemishes in the room that needed fixing. Someone had pushed the door handle through the sheet rock and it was unpatched. The entry door would stick and my wife was unable to open it. I had to put a shoulder into it to get it open.

Great location to Truist Park to see the Braves. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

I thought the sofa drinks and a bottle of water was a little price but beside that everything else was awesome.

Room was ok. Smelled a bit musty and ac did not cool room very well. Obvious signs that it's time for some renovations. However it was very clean!

Breakfast was excellent - food was delicious and plentiful. the quality was above average for being included and no additional charge. Lobby bright and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice covered parking.

I wouldn’t say dislike, but the hotel could use some upgrades. There was a leak in the gym ceiling; and the pool could use resurfacing. It seems that it is an older hotel that just needs some TLC; but nothing that would discourage me from staying there again.

I literally cannot say enough about the staff! They were all amazing from the moment we arrived until departure!! The accommodations were very roomy. Breakfast was amazing! Walking distance to a lot of shopping and the BRAVES Truist Park! We would definitely stay again. Having stayed in hotels much closer to the park, that were much more expensive, this hotel really is a great value.

On our first night stay, our bathtub/shower drain was stopped,, not draining well at all, when we took showers after the Braves game. I reported it that night. The next night the same thing happened again. Nothing had been done to correct the problem. I reported again the issue when we checked out.

The location and proximity to Truist Stadium, the room was great, the breakfast delicious, and the front desk staff was wonderful at check in

Second stay - first time with my pet. All good. Second time, surprise a $100 pet fee … no mention of fee first visit. Told me they should’ve charged it.
