2 guests - but no washcloths...not a big deal (that was the only negative) ...I actually had a couple in my suitcase. It certainly did not damper our spirits 😉 ...oh but I did find one "used" washcloth in the drawer under the little tv the day we checked out. 😬

The place is definitely outdated, straight out of the 70’s or something!

The outside deck had lots of standing water. The restaurant was closed. The batteries to the remote were dead. The mini fridge freezer was covered in ice. The beds were not that comfortable.

Great view of the beach. Had quick access to the beach. The room was clean and the showers were nice. The room was comfy.

Wi-fi wasn't good, husband tried to work and couldn't. Room was out dated, toilet was the size for a 5 yr old. Back door wouldn't shut right or lock. Bed was sunk in.

Staff friendly, location great, room clean, we had a dog and it didn't smell like dog in the room. Quiet.

The balcony had a huge rust puddle, the freezer hadn’t been defrosted in a long time; it was barely usable. The restaurant and lounge were closed.

We liked the location and the indoor pool.

Room booked for three. Had to call front desk for third room towel and bedding for couch hide bed. They brought a blanket full of holes and frayed. No cups/pods for in room coffee but sugars were provided. Carpet missing on edge of tile by fireplace and tack sticking up to poke anyone without shoes. Room phone is from the 1970s and didn’t work. Tub drained very slow. Fingerprints on windows. We would stay again but definitely would complain if issues not addressed.

Lobby was welcoming. Front desk kid was very friendly and helpful. On beach.

Had to ask for towels, had only 1 bath towel, no bath mats 1 coffee pod, & coffee was not good. But staff was prompt with getting it to our room.

The room was not cleaned well specially the bathroom. The pillows were very small and uncomfortable. The restaurant was closed and we were not made aware when booking. I have stayed there many times in the past and really enjoyed it. The place is getting rundown and needs general upkeep. The lady at the front desk when we checked out was unfriendly and accused us of sneaking our dog in. We documented in our booking we had a dog. When we checked in the young gentlemen at the front desk was told we have a dog and in fact the dog was with us at the front desk. We were charged extra when we checked out.

Out dated, rusty, broken stuff in the room, garbage that wasn’t ours in the room. Doors didn’t lock. Glass divided had finger prints all over it. Wasn’t as clean as it should be.

The location was key and being dog friendly was a bonus.

Found food under the pullout and behind the nightstand and old rice by the fridge. The beds are very worn out and squeaky.

Location, the staff, the patio ocean side scenery, lots of hot water, 2 sinks, separate dining area. The kids loved the pool, and my fiance and I enjoyed the hot tub.

Not adjoining rooms. Chose this hotel for free breakfast which they haven't had in 3 yrs.spent $145 for breakfast not planned on. Short staffed so room wasn't clean yet at 4. Not enough towels, had to call. Booking.com was more than veterans rate. When I called booking customer service, had to complete a form when call should have been enough. Pool was over chlorinated and burned my eyes. Restrooms in halls were locked.

Room was nice with balcony which was a surprise. Nice view and close to beach.

Although I am understanding that they were short staffed, my family and I had to wait 2 HOURS after my assigned check in time before I was able to check into my room. After being on the road for hours, having to wait that long to get to my room was frustrating and disappointing. The restaurant was closed so we ordered pizza. Not bad but I don't think the pizza was worth the amount of money that was spent. The décor is dated and so are the beds. This hotel needs an update badly. My bed had a very significant dip in the middle and was hard and lumpy. I am so glad it was only for two days I don't think my back could have handled anything longer than that.

The location and the view were the best part of the trip and the room was clean.

Water was brown in shower/bathtub . Room wasn’t ready on arrival, and was obvious wasn’t full. No restraint.

very old and not kept. needs a lot of attention. wallpaper peeling, other areas coming apart, bathtub needs deep cleaning. the pool bottom was discolored as well. not a pleasant sight.

Hot tub was filthy, and I wouldn’t swim cuz water wasn’t up to my cleanliness

No restaurant or bar, even though website says there is. Our air conditioner in the room did not work, fan blew, but warm air. Patio door didn’t work properly. Very difficult to open. One Patio chair was broken. Bed was great! Room was large, with lots of area! Bathroom was great! Sad, it’s not up to standards. I’d stay there every time in Ocean Shores!
