It just still seems very outdated. Even after all the ‘supposed’ updates made with their remodel.

It’s close to everything. And I like that to room was divided to give it a living room situation.

toilet was too low and didn't always shut off. light switch at room entrance didn't always work. Hotel seems in need of updating.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The level of noise on the 4th floor with kids running back and forth down the halls was not good at night. Not getting enough towels or glasses with room service. No way to contact office unless going downstairs. The slowest elevator ever. We took the stairs many times.

I loved the location and the fact that the rooms were clean. I liked that they had dog potty areas in two places with bags. I liked that they offered a continental breakfast but need more options with eggs and bacon.

Staff not well trained. Problem customer’s needs before us not addressed well. Felt like could become unsafe and staff had no back up and manager’s not promptly responding.

I did not appreciate the cleaning lady left the door open when she finished the room. The shower accommodation were not quite to ADA standards as I almost fell trying to get into the tub, they did bring ingredients a shower seat however it was too large for the tub. Only one handicap parking and it was in the back of the motel. Thankfully I was only sleeping there as I was at the hospital all day. I reserved a single room and received a doubled which was un necessary . The ligh above the table has a short in it as it works when it wants to.. The breakfast was great! Thank you!

Breakfast was simple but good, I used to be a housekeeper myself so the room could have been cleaner. Telephones could use a wipe down. Rooms need deep clean.

We travel with two small dogs. The hotel advertised pet friendly but there was nowhere to walk the dogs.

Description states remodeled rooms. Guess my room was forgotten. Key cards did not work. Entire system was down. Room and bathroom was dirty with stains on walls and ceiling. There was a clamp holding up the shower head.

WE WERE REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE EXTRA CHARGES, AND THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED. THE CONFERENCE ROOM WAS NOT SET UP EITHER DAY LIKE WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD BE. WE SET IT UP OURSELVES. WE WERE CHARGED $49.00 EACH DAY FOR THE COFFEE SERVICE. NOTHING THERE THE FIRST DAY SO A VERY NICE YOUNG LADY BROUGHT IT UP LATER. THE SECOND DAY, NOTHIING SETUP, NO COFFEE. WHEN WE CALLED DOWN ABOUT THE COFFEE A DIFFERENT GIRL BROUGHT UP BAGS OF COFFEE. I HARDLY THING THAT WAS WORTH $49.00. THE MAN THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO SET UP THE ROOM WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND EITHER DAY.

THE ROOM WAS GREAT. WE DIDNT PARTAKE OF BREAKFAST. THE STAFF, FOR THE MOST PART WAS GOOD.

As soon as I walked off the elevator it smelled like cigarettes, and as soon as I opened my room door we could smell cigarettes as well. I'm not sure if I accidentally booked a smoking room, but It definatly smelled like someone had been smoking in there previously. I went to the nearest walmart and bought a couple air fresheners to cut the smell. Hopefully not all rooms smell like that.

The staff was great. They greeted us with warm smiles and were very helpful. The breakfast was really good and had a couple of different options. And the rooms were very spacious.

The light fixture over the sink didn't seem to work well. Old style fluorescent fixture seemed to have a bad ballast. This was in room 430

I am concerned for customer's safety and comfort with people "hanging out" in your covered parking garage smoking pot. We saw this every day at all times of the day. They were sitting on cars. I don't know if they were their cars or customers cars. The smell was unpleasant and they were somewhat rowdy.

The location, it was a high transient population area. I couldn't tell whether it was a hotel or apartment building.

The hotel staff was very nice!!! We were accidentally given the wrong room and they resolved the issue quickly.

So noisy… you can hear every step on the upper floor, impossible sleep.really cold room. The AC not working properly.

This property isn’t what was advertised or pictured and very outdated. No hot tub. No gym. No Sauna, Pool was yellow and the elevator took forever.
