Front desk staff Lacked customer service - not very helpful and I don't feel greeted by the front desk staff. The suite was a little small. Love the lake scenery

It’s a bit far from downtown, but it didn’t bother us much, cause we enjoy walking. For those who don’t, there is a tram with a nearby station that will take you straight to downtown.

Big and clean room. Good breakfast and nice staff. Free parking, which was a big plus in a city like Seattle.

Breakfast was our only complaint. It was blah. Tasteless sausages and dry eggs. Just not up to expectations.

Room was comfortable and quiet. It had a wonderful view of Lake Union and the Space Needle. And, Gasworks park. Location was good to access everything that we wanted.

Parking was a bit small and $30 a night is a bit steep for parking in my opinion.

The pillows were so small, no available bedroom slippers. I didn't see any coffee machine in the room not kettle. The quality of breakfast can be improved. Only one elevator was working so it took so long to go up and down.

The room is clean and we were able to check in an hour early. There was available parking and easily accessible too. The hotel is near waterfront so we got to enjoy the walk. There are also some restaurants in front of the hotel. We have 2 queen size bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and easy to set up. I liked that they have provided linens to cover the sofa bed.

Small plastic bottles for shampoo and conditioner and small bars of soap. I prefer, if hotels use refillable bottles for this. At least they had a soap dish, which other hotels didn't. I am also not very fond of having to pay $30/day for parking.

The hotel is in a great location at South Union Lake. There is a wonderful seafood restaurant right across the street (Duke's). It's an easy 5 minute walk to the South Lake street car station, which takes you downtown Seattle. Use the TransitGo app to by an all day pass for $4.50. The gym is also very nice and I had some good workouts there. Staff is very helpful and cheery. The room was big and the bed very comfortable.

The parking fees continue to rise with each subsequent stay and will have to be something we consider for future visits. This was our fourth stay there and the total in parking fees equaled an additional night's stay. :(

Staff is great, the room was very spacious and clean, breakfast area was clean, comfortable, and the staff was helpful and kept the buffet well-stocked. This was our fourth time staying here since 2022, and the quality has been consistently high.

The only complaint is that we could not find a guide for the television, to know what channels are playing what, we are from MT and have satellite television, so do not know what or how to use cable t.v. This is a minor complaint, but it would be nice to either have a paper guide to daily scheduling, a place to find the daily guide on computer, or if you were able to have a guide on the television as a choice

Appreciate manager Melissa and all her help as we were in Seattle for my son's New Cancer Diagnosis and she went out of her way to get us the nicest room to make my son's stay as good as it could be. It was the nicest room with a wonderful view and so quiet. She also worked up a special price for us if we need to stay for 6 weeks of Radiation treatments. I appreciate all the staffs good nature and excellent customer service, and Melissa especially went out of her way to make us feel welcome and cared for. Breakfast is amazing, lots of great choices and very friendly helpful staff!!
