Air conditioning was too loud and went off too many times at night when sleeping.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful, clean lodge with amazing views. Room was a nice size and clean. Loved the balcony and the view. Happy hour was very nice also.

Unfortunately, a hot tub repair immediately outside our room occurred for two days which turned a garden view room into a construction zone view room. On the plus side, the crew did an excellent job of keeping the area clean every day. A resort this size requires maintenance and the general manager keeps the facility in good condiiton.

The location was ideal, above the busy city with outstanding views. The daily happy hour on the patio in the botanical gardenw was a highlight. Hiking trailheads were in walking distance as was the Mesa Grille restaurant.

Great location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved the coffee in the morning and the patio bar in the late afternoon. The grounds are kept up well as is the pool. The Corrnhole game on the lawn is great. Thanks!

The view was amazing! We spent three nights in the king cottage with an unobstructed view. We enjoyed eating on the patio and the size of the unit. The bed was comfortable and the cottage was clean. It has a freezer, refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave. We walked to Mesa Grill for dinner one night. Dinner reservations are required at Mesa Grill and the food was very good. There is trail access from Sky Ranch Lodge. This is our favorite place to stay in Sedona.

We were a little sad that the patio overlook was mostly the wedding venue now, but it is completely understandable that it is more accommodating for the purpose it is used for.

The rooms were updated since our last stay, and the grounds are kept up so well. Staff is friendly. Fresh coffee in the lobby every morning is a fantastic idea, especially because it isn't crap coffee. Fridge/freezer and microwave in the room was great!

The only thing I would have to complain about is the noise from the upper floor. We were on lower level and the heaviness of the footsteps of people staying above us was very loud and woke us up several times. Sounded like they were running or jumping constantly. Definitely would request not to stay in lower level of the 2 story next time.

Loved the location and the views. Loved the lodge itself with its cottages and courtyard vibe. Such a pretty place. Staff was friendly and courteous. Loved that there is also a shuttle into town and the airport loop trail which very close in proximity to the lodge. All around just a great place to stay.

Convenient location and beautifully landscaped with an excellent private area for viewing sunrises and sunsets of the incredible surrounding vistas! Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. We booked this room specifically for the private patio and fireplace. So romantic!

Bathroom was super tiny and hot tub was not working and pool freezing. One of the main reasons booking was the pool and hot tub.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Great views and a restaurant just a short walk away. The free shuttle was great and the driver rusty was very friendly! It was quiet and relaxing made for a good get away.
