Not many restaurants or other services nearby. If you have a car, ride the bus, or take the light rail, it is OK.

Good for a one night stay after being all day on the plane and in airports. The light rail station to downtown Seattle is very close and rapid ride bus service. Shuttle from airport to the hotel with a friendly driver.

Parking difficult , key cards didn't work every night we came back to our room so had to go to the office every night to get a new one. Office staff helpful but not very friendly. Area is sketchy. Outside of the building looks run down but rooms are nice and updated.

The city itself has a homeless problem, not the hotels fault.

Staff was very accomodating, they late me check out an hour late and guarded my luggage until my late flight, a real relief after having a suddenly cancellation at the airport. Nice complimentat shuttle driver too.

The room I was assigned was being worked on by other door handle off and room door open in a not so great neighborhood. A bunch of sketchy people outside on side walk when leaving at 6pm but dark outside.

It has a convenient location. Staff was nice. The parking lot if big.

The hotel is an older hotel that hasn't been updated recently. The Heater/AC worked - on/off. Staff was OK but didn't seem to be excited about their job. We only needed a bed for one night and this hotel had the best price of any hotel that was connected to Seattle Express shuttle. It was OK for an overnight stay, but I would choose a different hotel if I was staying in the Seattle area for a longer period.

Inexpensive hotel that is a Seattle Express pickup stop. Our room was clean and had the necessary bath essentials.

Electric sockets didn't all work which was a nuisance for recharging, No reply to my text message about the shuttle sent a couple of months beforehand then a couple of days before.

Very good stopover while waiting for a connecting flight, just a few minutes from the airport. Shuttle was quick and efficient on arrival and departure. Only there a few hours but well worth it.

The building looks run down, however it was quite comfortable in the room.

Friendly staff at the check in counter. The room was huge. I booked a room with 3 queen beds, which was sufficient for a family of 5. The room was fairly clean. There is an elevator in the motel, which made it easy for me to access my room which was located at level 3. The price was the most reasonable in the seatac area. For the price, I will stay there again.

It’s a rundown dump. The heat in the room I got didn’t work. I checked all settings and gave it lots of time but it only blew cold air. I complained and they gave me the room next door. The heat worked but the room was equally run down and dumpy. Walking on the carpet in bare feet was a bit gross. The shower worked however the hot water would only last about 30 seconds each time it was switched from bath tap to shower head. In other words I could get hot water out of the tap but when turned to shower head it would go cold in about 30 seconds. Now that is some creative plumbing. Pretty much useless but I’m sure it saves the hotel a lot of money in heating hot water. I would like to have spoken to the actual owner directly about that.

It was close to airport. The 24 hr shuttle is convenient. The staff were all very good.
