This location is perfectly situated, right next-door to Texas Roadhouse. The restaurant is a favorite meeting place for my circle of friends in the Springfield area. I expect to be a guest at this property many times in the future.

The price of the hotel went up $50 per night! Plus, they tacked on $150 deposit at the last minute which cut us short in our spending while we were here.

I booked the room with booking and paid in full then the hotel ran my card for the full price again. I've never had that happen before. Then told me that it should be back in my account within a week after I check out. The bathroom had hairs on the floor and the shower was dirty with hair also. The floor was cracked as well.

No microwave, and very small (think: cruise ship) bathroom. Since we booked through Booking.com, our credit card was hit with an additional $150 charge to cover potential damage which we might inflict. Note - we're 70+ years old and have never damaged a hotel room. And neither of us resembles Joe Walsh. We were told the charge should be reversed in about 2 weeks. The photos attached are all of previous damage in our room. I wouldn't make a big deal out this if they didn't.

Convenient location just off Route 60. Good dining choices a short walk across the parking lot. Room was clean and very comfortable. Luggage carts available, good TV & WIFI. Super breakfast with hot choices as well as cereals, pastries, & fruit. Friendly front desk staff.

The front desk area seemed dark and oppressive. I did not like the bathroom faucet. The water spout was too short making it hard to wash hands without bumping hands into sink. We were confused with the layout of the hotel. More signage in the hallways would have made it easier to figure out where to go.

Room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and in nice condition. I liked the shower controls that allow me to set the water temp once and every time I took a shower, I just had to turn the water on without any fuss. I liked the TV and I was happy there was a refrigerator in the room. I thought the closet was good size too. Breakfast was simple, but good.

The outside door nearest room was supposed to be "open" for use of room key for entry. However, I had to go all the way back to the desk to get them to "open the outside door.

The breakfast room was extremely crowded and request for cleanup of table after previous traveler was ignored. The woman who was previously in charge of the breakfast room was more efficient, but was no longer employed.

It was a nice room, but there was some things messed up like when I moved the chair by the wall to the table so my daughter could eat, I noticed where the back of the chair was sitting against the wall, the sheet rock had been damaged prior to staying there. It was obviously noticeable when I moved the chair, so I don't know how your house keeping missed it prior to my stay. With that being said, I got charged 500$ for the wall damage and something about the bathroom door. My complaint is that, I hope in the future, you inspect the rooms throughly after each stay so the next person don't get charged for damages they didn't do.
