Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The room was a great size with large king comfortable bed and seating area. Good air conditioning. Coffee making facilities. Nice towels. Great location close to WW2 Marine Monument (5 mins walk), one stop on Metro from Arlington Cemetery. Excellent Metro connections to all places of interest and both Ronald Reagan and Dulles Airports. Lots of nice eating places nearby, especially liked Upside on Moore.

AustraliaHaving to move rooms just after check-in at 10pm after a long drive from New York, discovered the hot water supply to the shower didnt work. But once notified and the maintenance technician taking a quick look, the check-in staff very quickly arranged an alternative room of same size (albeit facing the back of the hotel with not as pleasant view of the surrounds) for us to relocate to. Room was just as spacious and comfortable though and we'd rather have a hot shower;-)
Beds were a bit high for the kids to jump up onto. But No complaints the Beds were really comfortable. Location proximity to local food spots and a Target were really good - a little bit of a walk to the train which was our family's primary mode of transport to sights. Liked having a fridge in the room to store some dairy products/snacks. Liked the surrounds - relatively quiet. Having access to the laundry facilities was also useful.

United StatesRead carefully. Breakfast is not included, but "available" for $$. The BUS stop is across the street, the subway station is 6-7 blocks away (uphill return). Maid service was not available our entire stay (5 days) because they did not have the staff. We took our own trash to the front desk. Our first room had no hot water. Following our second phone call to complain, they moved us to a new room.
The room was comfortable and the location was central. Close to the subway stop with easy access into DC.

We stay here frequently. It's always clean and the staff is pleasant. However, the room had an odor...body odor mixed with old shoes?? On this trip,at check-in, we found out the water would be shut off at 9am the next morning! I would have appreciated a warning e-mail etc.! They did provide breakfast as a consolation. It was awful! We went someplace else. They also provided a port-a-potty. Yippee! Normally, we like this place. So, we will return in hopes of our usual experience!
