The shower was not as good as the other units we gave stayed in the water came coming in to the tub not the shower

The curtain (patio) needed repairing . The comode needs to be replaced for a new model. The air mattress leaked in 2 or 3 hours.

dryer wasnt working properly but we made it thru it.

hurricane Idalia was a threat and they professionally and was on alert hour by hour and let us know ASAP what has to be done. and they gave us ample time to decide and we told them we will be back if things were ok. As result, we felt comfortable as they were looking out for us in a really dangerous situation.

The room/condo was great. There were a few hairs on the bathroom floor, but nothing that would keep us from staying there again. The beach is a little farther than I thought (only about 650 yd walk). That’s really the only “Negative” I can say.

The bedroom had a curtain but needed blinds or a shade in behind it for the lighted hallway. It would be nice to see the bathroom updated.

The condo was clean and had a kitchen with all needed to cook. It had a washer and dryer. South Beach Condo allows their guest to use a beach chair and umbrella at no cost. If you will be arriving after hours be sure to call for instructions on getting into your room. Convenient to walk around and it was a short walk out back to the beach. It was enjoyable!

The sheets on master bed were scratchy and stiff and the lights from the hallway shined in through the blinds. Curtains on that window are needed.

The pull out couch bed was uncomfortable and noisy. That’s the only thing I could recall that was unpleasant.

We liked everything about our stay here. We had been staying down the road the past 10 years but felt unwanted/unappreciated the last time. Which is the last time there. So, in looking for a place close to Britts Pizza, I found South Beach Condo (SBC). I’m so happy we did! Our family are two in their 50’s and two teens 13/15. The calmness and quiet of SBC was definitely welcoming compared to our last spot (the Thunderbird). We loved the condo as it was roomy and had everything a family would need. The clothes washer and dryer made it really nice. Having a teen daughter whom liked to change clothes 2-3x daily was a good tool to have.

Bed pillows were very soft and uncomfortable .. building noise was annoying although in fairness we had been advised on this prior to arrival.

The first aspect I would like to highlight is the kindness and attention of the staff as whole, and more specifically the cleaning lady and the two front desk attendants, Jackie and Karen. My special thanks to Karen, whose assistance was extraordinary: everything I would request she was willing to comply or solve, making me feel safe and thankful for being in such friendly environment. I really appreciate! Secondly, the view from the room and the short distance from the sea: wow, that’s simply fantastic!! The pool was clean and the grass well taken care of. The kitchen is fully equipped which allows you to cook your own food. The hotel also provides beach towels, chairs and umbrella. Restaurants and supermarket at a short distance and a car ride service available from 8:00 to 2:00 am. Amazing!
