The equipment in the apartment like the wardrobe and fridge were dated but working well.

The apartment was clean, well furnished with the basics and in an excellent location relative to local attractions and amenities. The staff were helpful and friendly and the beach pass was a nice touch. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The room was great, full of space and with a kitchen that allowed to buy groceries and have some breakfast. Hotel provides towels for the beach and we have access to a beach lounge area

The apartment has a kitchen, but has no stove for cooking. only a microwave and fridge. allthough the room was clean, it could use a renovation - shower wasn't in great shape, cracks in the celling, very old TV's

The pool was dirty. And a very few small outdated things in the apartment (mostly everything was new and everything was clean). But for the money, this place was a steal!

My room was a whole apartment, very comfortable, clean, quiet. Great location close to the beach (chairs and umbrellas included), mall, restaurants. Great restaurant on site. Helpful and nice staff.

It is a little dated and could use some cleaning and maintenance. I was in the courtyard area so it seamed to be a little louder than expected.

Ask 4 people about happy hour and almost got 4 different answers. 2 work at the bar and had different answers, lol. But no biggie. And happy hour was really nice when it did happen.

pool was filthy and the room wasn’t too clean either. the sofa in the sitting room needs throwing out and the sick kept blocking. there was a smell of mound when u walked into reception

Was originally told pool closed at 8. About 7 my kids went the lights was out. Notified the front desk. They said they would fix it but didn't till the 3rd night. But I still paid resort fee everyday.

The hotel ambiance was nice, location was about 10 min walking to South Beach, suite was nice, they cleaned everyday new sheets etc. Worth the money I spent, shower water was extra hot how I like it..
