The breakfast is always the same. The orange juice was weird (It never had the same taste. It changed every day). I think the fee for receiving the packages is expensive ($10 for each of them).

The location is great. The hotel is comfortable and has the necessary facilities.

Very Clean!! Smelled really good as soon as we walked in. In an awesome location. The unit itself was very small, but I prefer clean and bug less over space. The breakfast was ok, maybe 7/10 :) it’s free.. so good enough for me. There were eggs, pancakes, french toast, yogurt, sausages with bagels or toast. Pool is heated by the way :) I really liked this hotel.. will definitely stay or suggest my family or friends to stay in they are ever traveling to the area.

Excellent location, near Seaworld and Orlando Outlet Premium Vineland. The hotel is quite and clean. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast complete. The pool was very nice too.

The beds and pillows not so comfortable, I'd rate it 7/10 The tap on the sink was very small and it was hard to wash hands. The breakfast is the same all day, it'll be nice If they will add some fresh vegetables, fresh omletes and fresh different cheese, but in the end the BF was fine and satisfies his needs.

The stuff is very nice and helpful, even when we complain about the low shower pressure, they fixed it on the same day + every thing we asked for we got with a smile. The AC was very good The facilities was good, laundry, vending machines, play room, gym, computers. The hotel located in a good location, near all the theme parks around, we had to take Lyft so consider it or rent a car, but the prices are ok. In addition, the hotel provides free shuttles to theme park such as: Magic Kindom,Universal,Epcot,Sea World etc.

Pillows too small, dining area too small, but you can go eat in the conference room. I didn't like having to go downstairs to warm up my food, especially when there were lots of people there.

Our room was very clean and sterilized. The breakfast was nice, as well as the attendant. The room was comfortable and a nice size. Pool table in the lobby was a nice, added touch. Great location!

The included breakfast wasn't great. The pool seemed never to be open. I didn't like having to pay to charge my EV. Also I didn't like that I kept having to ask them to replace the towels each day.

We loved the location. I liked that they had EV chargers onsite.

They didn't clean the floor in our room prior to check in so we had wrappers & debris along the bed and hair tumbleweeds blowing across the floor in the bathroom when you walk in. I didn't care for the person sitting outside at all hours day/nt just hanging around. Claimed "they don't come inside" but while playing pool w/ my kid they absolutely did came in and use their facilities.

The cleaning. Hotels should return to vacuuming. Sweeping isn't enough. There were hairs from the previous guest everywhere on the floor. I know that because I don't have curls.

The location: perfect, next to a Publix supermarket, across the street from the Vineland outlets, and close to the Catholic Basilica. The room: the bed is super comfortable and everything seems new. It could benefit from more pegs and a microwave.

Very nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the walk in shower. Thought the lobby was attractive and inviting. Love the pool table, next we will need to play a game or two. Breakfast was very good. The sausage was very tasty and the biscuits were the best hotel biscuits we have had. We will keep you on our list of places to stay.

The breakfast could have some additional fruit / healthy options but other than that it was very good for a free breakfast. Other than that can't really think of anything. Everything went very smoothly with our stay.

Facilities were very clean. You can smell the freshness when you walk in. Rooms were also very clean and beds were comfy. If you are looking for a luxurious place to stay this is not for you. The rooms are very basic. But if you are travelling on a budget and are looking for a nice, clean, comfortable place to stay...Spot X is for you.

The shuttle times for Disney could be better especially the return times. First one too early, second one too late. The rooms could be improved with maybe small closets. This would be handy for those with long stays.

I found the hotel and its facilities comfortable. The staff were very helpful especially the front desk staff. Good value for money. Good location and access to most attractions. Shopping, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I would recommend.
