Shower didn’t work the drain wouldn’t drain. The pool was not heated like advertised. It was very cold.

The hair conditioner dispenser was empty. But refilled after two requests. The Coffee maker didn't work so they replaced it with a new one. These were not deal killers just slight inconveniences.

The breakfast was good. Fruit was ripe and fresh. Variety of choices were available. For this type of free breakfast I would rate an 8. The Marriot next door has a very nice bar and restaurant if you just want to stay in. Very short walk across the parking lot.

The bed was quite firm and hurt my back, and as others have noted there was a strong floral air freshener smell in the rooms. It didn't give me a headache but it wasn't entirely pleasant either. The highway noise was also quite loud - they definitely need to work on their soundproofing for their windows.

This was an affordable room for our stay for the eclipse. We liked being on the top floor and being in close proximity to downtown Austin. It was easy to get on the highway from the hotel and was only a few minutes away from most things we wanted to do.

One 20 oz. Soft drink from lobby area reach in cooler over $ 5.00 with tax . It's very pricey for the convince since they dont have vending machines for drinks.

The sofa bed could have been much more comfortable. The room is a little small for three with the sofa bed open.

Breakfast was pretty good and location was perfect for us. The regular beds were very comfortable, but the sofa bed was not. Room and property were very clean and the staff were professional and friendly.

Floors were dirty. Getting from the shower to get dressed turned my feet brown. I wiped water from bathroom floor and the Kleenex was black.

I went through a booking app that showed the prices along with fees and taxes. When I registered I did not notice there was an extra 20.00 taken from my account. The next morning, I realized after reviewing my bank account that my card had been charged more than the expected amount, I called the hotel and was told there was an incidental (?) fee charge of 20.00 extra. I was not told this at check in. I was told that the fee would be returned within 7-10 business days to my card. I am hoping to get it sooner than that.

Check in was quick and easy. Desk clerk was friendly and courteous. Enjoyed my gift of the bottled water. Location was excellent. Hope to stay there again.

The breakfast area did not have the best layout which made it difficult for guests to maneuver through when it was busier. I think the gluten free options could have been better advertised. My friends felt she didn't have much to choose from. / On check-in we were told there wasn't a manager present and the hotel seemed short staffed which made me feel less safe when there was rowdiness in the hallways after midnight.

The breakfast offerings matched that of other hotels in the same tier. The front desk staff, both at nightly check in and morning check out, were very patient and kind to us as we resolved a booking issue. Our conversations with them were a positive experience and we left happy.

Really don't have any complaints. Nice costumer service, good breakfast and all around 8 out of 10 motel with decent rates. I didn't like well, I can't find anything, even the parking was good.

I love the room size and structure. grate for kids , no crazy balcony but still great view from big windows. Standard breakfast in the morning but some hotels don't offer. Liked the décor.

A few small negatives that leave it short of perfect. Not big deals at all but enough that I’d wouldn’t automatically book again without looking around. - while the pool is lovely (my kids love pools) the room is too COLD for a pool room, so when you get out you’re shivering with smallish towels - the breakfast is good but basically the same every day, would be nice to switch it up a little. Switch ip the pastries or fruits or cereals so it’s not exactly the same. The hours also end early (ends at 9AM on weekdays and 9:30 on weekends). Geared for business travelers I guess? Luckily I have young kids who are up early anyway. Something like 10 or 10:30 would be much better otherwise. - with the sofa bed open in a king suites there’s little room to maneuver and you can barely get out the door. Little space for bags etc with it open also.

It was hard to find the right parking area at night because it’s next to several hotels all in a row and there wasn’t a lot of lighting in the parking areas. I wish breakfast didn’t end so early, we were tired after a concert and were looking forward to a hot breakfast but it ended at 9 and we slept in.

Staff was friendly and moved our room further from the elevators when we asked. Room was clean and stocked with towels.
