The thermostat is either on or off. There is no automatic feature. And it's a bit noisy. The TV serves both sides of the room on a swivel. Wasn't comfortable to watch on either side. The bathroom is oddly designed. You have to literally climb over the commode to get into the tub/shower.

Nice large room. Extremely comfortable bed. The desk clerk was a joy to deal with. Great selection of TV channels.

The room was noisy. We were located on the first floor at the end of the hallway. One room was next to the laundry room and the other next to a stairwell. We could hear the guests walking overhead as well. White noise was needed to drown out all the noise.

The configuration of the room worked well for our family. We had two king rooms and with the extra sofa bed it was perfect for the size of our group. The separation between the sitting area and bed provided some privacy which was nice for those that wanted to stay up later.

The electric window shed was broken and wouldn’t go up. We weren’t able to get a different room and it was dark like a cave, even with lights on.

Front desk Check-in lady was rude. We (I was with ladies that had other rooms) came about an hour before check-in time. no one was at the front but a man saw us and said he would go get help. She made us wait 6-7 minutes and then wouldn’t even check to see if one of our rooms were ready. just made flat statement that they had been full night before and no rooms were ready. I think we interrupted her having a cigarette break.

There was not a plug for phones/devices in between the beds, I had to pull the bedside table away from the wall to access and use, but there was only a single outlet as the other was taken by the lamp. The couch bed in my room was broken down, we didn't pull it out but the couch itself was sagging in the middle. My dad was placed in room 102, it shared a wall with the kitchen and they were extremely noisy as they were preparing for breakfast. This should not be a room that is rented as it is next to the ice machine and kitchen.

Central location, with easy access to the freeway. Common areas and rooms were clean. The staff was friendly.

When we arrived is was completely dark but the entrance sign and the external lights were not on. I have to back up a little on the street to find my way into the driveway and then unload in the dark. It might be a timer setting issue since the lights were on later.

Breakfast is better than other 3-star chain hotels. Large room with a chair and a sofa so both of us can sit. Room is quiet and comfortable.

Physical plant is in need of updating if you are one who appreciates unstuffed furniture and small things like extra plugs on your nightstand.
