there was a smell in the hotel, pool lights were out, had to swim during the day or in the dark at night. breakfast was good wheen they didn't run out. the poor ladies had people complaining about the food being out.. they were trying to keep up. our room had stains on the couch cushions. dust hanging from ceiling and had to request bedding for the pull out couch for rhe girls a few times. and extra towels. which they eventually did. there was 2 towels with 4ppl staying in room. No extra toilet paper (almost ran out) no extra paper towels which we used up the little bit the 1st of the 2 nights we stayed.

The furniture in the rooms was a little banged up aesthetically. One of the mattresses sank way down on the one side but luckily we had more beds than we needed already. Upon first arriving into the room I commented “it smells like stinky feet.” A few moments later, my husband discovered used socks behind one of the bedroom doors. Also, the next day when we were gathering our things to leave their was a HUGE centipede on the ceiling.

Our kiddo loved the pool and we loved the hot tub. The overall amenities available were pretty impressive although we only stayed one night as we were passing through. The room was spacious and the staff was very friendly.

we booked via Booking but before I called to the property and asked how called room with two queen beds ? beds not sofa , the lady at front desk said deluxe queen bed . So I booked and the price was much higher as it should be 2 beds. but when we come it was one bed we asked at front desk to switch because we were a big family and need 2 beds for what we pay . but manager at front said you booked via booking so I can’t help you. But you have jacuzzi in you room . what ? why I need jacuzzi if you have a big one . ok then he said I’m gonna give you some money back as that’s room with only one bed , but of course HE NEVER GIVE MONEY Back . so, be careful how and what are you booking

There were stains on the carpet and the room was not vacuumed prior to our stay which was evident from object on the floor including nails. It definitely could have been cleaner.

The location was great, and the staff were really accommodating and friendly.

The BED was very hard and the pillows were very thick and firm so neither my partner nor I was able to sleep well and the thing I care most about is being able to sleep. If the bed and pillows weren't awful, I would have given 8-9 score. Also no hair dryer, something I haven't seen missing in a hotel in years

The room was very nice for the cost - a nice suite with good but basic amenities. I would love to have given a higher score BUT..

I given keys to check into a wrong with that waa already occupied by someone else. Then I get to another room that was assigned and the door to the room wasn’t even closed, so I was unsure if anyone was in there also. There was no clean towels or wash clothes in the room at all, and when they were brought up they were still damp. And also no sheets or blankets for the pullout sofa.

1. The 3rd party reservation apps indicate that check in is 3pm but when you arrive at the hotel, the concierge desk staff state check in is 4pm. That's misleading. That needs to be updated so the apps and the hotel are in sync. 2. Also, guests should be able to provide their hotel loyalty card number at check in even after they book through a 3rd party app. The customer is still staying at the hotel regardless of where it is booked. The customer should receive loyalty points for their stay. 3. We called the hotel the day before our stay and were informed the jacuzzi was open. We arrived the next day and it was closed. Huh? My husband was really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. Also, there was a strong mildew odor in the hall leading to the pool.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The woman at the concierge desk went out of her way to give me a comforter hot from the dryer. Thank you! (I need extra blankets because my husband likes the room very cold.) The room was nice and clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. The room refrigerator chilled our soda quickly. It was just right for cold beverages on a hot day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here on New Year's Eve due to a family emergency. Big mistake.. Loud obnoxious people, families with screaming kids running throughout the building. Not the fault of the hotel but it was a miserable experience.

I have stayed here more than once and would stay again. Nice place. Dog friendly. Good location not far from airport and many shops and restaurants.
