We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaMy last stay was below average for this hotel. There was a couple surprise policy changes, which may make me hesitate to stay here again. New fee for parking. They now require the physical credit card used to book your room. I often use a business account or pay for my wife or children ahead of their stay. This last stay I was forced to use a card, which is not tied to my business account. Secondly, there were a couple of hairs inside the bedding. This is very off-putting. Lastly, the stove-top was not working in the room I had.
The staff is always very personable and nice to interact with. The location is perfect. The rooms are spacious. The beds are very comfy.

United States of AmericaWe stayed here 5 nights (6 days) and not ONCE did someone go for housekeeping. Mind you, they advise you that they only send for a full cleaning once a week, but a “light touch” would be done during the weekdays. We were there from Tuesday-Monday… no one ever went to even refill toilet paper or replenish towels. My husband and I had to continuously go downstairs to ask them and on top of the receptionists looking like they didn’t want to work there, they kept telling me that someone would go clean, but no one ever did. So we had a messy floor, no hand soap or shampoo (they were empty after I kept asking them to refill) and I had to keep requesting new towels and tp which I feel should not be a guests job when they stay at a hotel if this nature. I’ve stayed at lower hotels and they do these simple things.
I liked the location of the property. Very central and everything was close by. Also, Target is right across the street so that’s a plus. A big thing for me are pillows and they had nice comfy pillows.

United States of AmericaI didn't like that the facility was under construction on a popular holiday week (July 4th). There was construction work activity from 8am-6pm daily. If it was not for the construction, the Staybridge Suites Denver/Cherry Creek facility would have been a wonderful place to stay. All in all, construction/renovation is something that was needed, so I'm glad they are getting it done.
The rooms were very spacious and the suite accommodated my family of 4 very well. I love the aesthetics of the outside patio.

United States of AmericaHad no clue construction was going on, and the courtyard was closed. Had a suite, and the stove was broken. They did replace it, but it was inconvenient. Had to wash the very dirty dishes before attempting to cook supper.
The breakfast was good. The room was comfortable.

United States of AmericaConstruction noise sounded like it was either in the next room or directly overhead. It was loud, with hammering and tearing out furniture. The shower curtain was damaged. Once we realized it, we turned the shower head to avoid water on the floor.
We liked the room size as well as having a sofa and kitchenette. A place to sit other than a bed is really nice. Having the refrigerator and freezer was very convenient. The breakfast was also very nice and I appreciated gluten free options.
