The rooms were nice and big for a family of 7. Clean and great location. Our kiddos even enjoyed the pool.

The breakfast was lacking in good eggs. The TV in the room was very basic and hard to connect our laptop to. Trash cans in the room were very small.

We booked 2 rooms close to each other… at check in only had one room and it wasn’t even one of the ones we booked… it took a hour to get us another room and charged us way more for both rooms!!!

Getting in to the hotel was kind of difficult. The construction and small space to turn in to the property was a pain. Also, a child pooped in the pool and we were told we could go back in 30 min to swim. I don’t feel that it was cleaned properly in that amount of time.

Didn't realize how small the pullout mattress was but honestly some how ended up not needing it. Other than that no complaints. Do gotta let people know pool slide is only open on basically the weekend and certain hours only.

Great location right by the Maverik Center. Great pool area our 2 little ones couldn't get enough of the water area for little ones. My son couldn't stop wanting to go down the kiddie water slide. Breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable. The ladies at night and morning at front desk were amazing. Bedroom was well stocked plenty of towels and etc. Found the bedding for the pull out mattress in closet Great add on. Some how didn't hear any traffic noise being right against the interstate.

Pool area is awesome for the kids. The pool was very Hot and spacious, my favorite part. The room was spacious. The staff did really good at cleaning. Sometimes bugged too much to clean the room but it was nice to come back to a clean room. Might of been a couple of creepy people there but overall a nice stay.

The water park and pool are great for kids and families but for couples it would have been nice to go swimming or sit in the hot tub where it was more quiet. Even if they had adult hours after a certain time.

The pools is actually smaller than shown in photos and the hotel charge extra $ per person if more than 3 people in the same room want to use the pool. The pool is shared with adjacent hotel and water didn’t look very clean/clear to me.

I’m not sure if this hotel doesn’t have king beds and I could be wrong, but I think I booked one and got a pull out couch bed and a full bed. I have two kids and I had to sleep on the couch bed which was horrible. After a night, my husband switched me and the regular bed was not great either. We didn’t get any housekeeping service during our entire stay of 5 days. No towels or anything. This hotel is beautiful but the service is seriously lacking. Every time I walked by the front desk associates were on their phones or laughing hysterically. I also had an incident with a lady from the kitchen because I was “underdressed” for the breakfast area as we were on our way to the pool. When she confronted me she looked me up and down like I was a human piece of trash and told me that I needed to leave and get dressed-fairly loudly in front of everyone in the breakfast area. I felt called out and embarrassed. Fair enough that there is a policy in place, I can respect that, however this lady works in hospitality and there is a kind way to speak to people and let them know they are breaking a hotel policy. I went to explain what happened to the front desk and she said yeah, the managers told her to.” That left me feeling like the entire staff was snickering and talking poorly about me. I managed a hotel for 5 years and I can say that the staff here is underwhelming. The management is out of sight and hands/off.

Breakfast was nice I liked the variety. The coffee was delicious and the fresh fruit was a nice addition. The pool and water slide is the saving grace for this hotel. It was wonderful for our little family. I will also add that whichever housekeeper had initially cleaned our room for check in did a fantastic job and she deserves a shout out. Also, the public area attendant for cleaning was really on top of things. The hallways/ dining area and public bathrooms were clean.

The breakfast left a little to be desired. The "hot" food was a bit tasteless. But there was a good variety of foods to choose from. The breads were good.

Loved the room. It was very nice, and it was clean. The pools were very fun, although we felt they were a little cold.
