A downfall was that the arcade was advertised to be a bit more exciting than it actually was, still fun though. The beds were a bit hard but not wholly uncomfortable as well

The resort was very nice and comfortable for my family. I liked that there was a complimentary breakfast, delivered to the room, and that the staff was accomodating. The room was exactly as shown and advertised and very clean and comfy. The pool was easily accessible for the kids and the location made it possible for the staff to see inside in case of an emergency.

I wasn’t a big fan of the box breakfast. Could have used another bar of soap instead of just one bar. Suppose I could have asked for one

Only suggestion would be to change the morning breakfast process. I suggest maybe while you are checking in to get the info or maybe the email. Unsure but I am sure your staff will find a solution.

I was impressed with the confirmation email. As well as the response on transportation through email. Paris did real well at her job. She was very informative.

Marijuana smell came out of "nowhere" at about 11pm. no smell in hallway or outside so guessing it came through the ducts.

I didnt really like the breakfast choices and the delivery. I think its fun when travelling to go downstairs and get continental breakfast and make waffles and such, instead of only 4-5 choices.

The cleansing in my room there was dirty socks and french fries, it looked like my floor hadn't been vacuumed.

Breakfast was kind of impersonal, breakfast in the box reminded me of being in school, location was great.

I stayed 7 nights. I was disappointed they didn’t clean and change my sheets on the 3rd day as stated. I saw a cleaning lady the next morning and asked her to do it. She was friendly and it had been done when I got back that night. I had an ant invasion along the front of the shower. There was trouble with a group of young boys from a hockey team staying there. They woke me up twice. That was really the chaperone’s fault.

The location was good for me as it was a short drive to the hospital daily. My room was good size, loved seeing TC Bay and ducks in the morning. The breakfast box was always accurate with chosen items and on time.

Kinda miss the breakfast buffets instead of the box breakfast but it’s still nice to get food in the morning so not a deal breaker. Wish I could afford this place in the summer.

The complimentary breakfast was extremely disappointing. The box breakfast gets dropped off at your door. The only “hot” option was served frozen and you had to microwave it. We ended up going elsewhere to eat.

The beach view was nice, our room was clean and comfortable, service was great (our toilet stopped flushing and maintenance had it fixed within 20 minutes of telling the front desk), nice pool and hot tub area.

I didn’t like that the shower wasn’t clean. I can understand that they may be short staffed though as almost everywhere is🤷‍♀️

I liked that the room had a table for us to sit at & have coffee as well as a couch that had a table where we ate most of the meals we had while staying here. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice & the toiletries given by the hotel were of good quality. The staff were incredibly helpful & very accommodating. Our room was upgraded to one w-a view & even though it’s winter the lake is beautiful.
