Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaI couldn't bring my quiet, well mannered dog with me.
Felt I was treated & fed like royalty. It sure resembled a comfortable, welcoming "home." Very good experience!

United States of Americawould have liked to have coffee available in the morning when you wake up- had to wait for coffee with breakfast. Perhaps have a pod maker so folks can make their own, or have an automatic pot that kicks in at a certain time so we can enjoy a hot cup of coffee prior to breakfast- I had to go into town to find a place to get coffee as I am an early riser
food was fantastic, rooms very cozy

The Bed n' Breakfast was in a nice house in downtown Sunnyside, right across the street from the hospital where I was working. My shifts were early and I was unable to participate in the breakfasts that are included in the stay, so I cannot speak to that. There were, however, snacks and ice cream in the kitchen I enjoyed when I was done with my shift at the hospital, and the bathtub was HUGE!

United States of AmericaCouldn't find the heater, but that's ok because the blankets were very warm and the bed was super comfortable. My friend didn't like the sunroom as she said it was cold.
When I travel I always choose a bed and breakfast to stay rather than a hotel. This inn is very cozy and the bed was very comfortable. It was very nice to have a relaxing environment after attending a concert.

United States of AmericaBreakfast was awesome! Lots of variety. Loved the option to visit with other travelers or eat in a private nook. Homemade food, made fresh as you were eating it. A different breakfast each day. The room was clean, quiet and felt like I was staying with family. Each room has a lock and it's own bathroom. There was a newer AC unit in the window to adjust the room temperature as needed. The windows cracked if desired. A quiet neighborhood in a small downtown. Lots of parking and an outdoor courtyard to enjoy in nicer weather. It is an older home so expect some older home eccentricities.

United States of AmericaI didn’t actually have any live interaction with the staff, so that felt a little weird.
Breakfast was delicious and the company pleasant. The jacuzzi tub was an extra I wasn’t expecting but was soooo grateful for after such a long drive. Bed was comfortable. The room was welcoming.

United States of AmericaThe street noise was a little annoying at night, but that is to be expected since it is located on one to the main streets in Sunnyside.
It was so quiet, with a wonderful feeling of comfort. Kristy made wonderful breakfast, and was a wonderful host.

United States of Americashower went cold after about 5 min when I showered late at night. it was ok for my hubby in the morning though.
epitome of a traditional B&B. Super comfy beds, large bathroom in Lola and the twin bed (which we didn’t use) was separated by a door from the queen bed which would’ve been nice had we had a kid with us. Breakfast was wonderful and plenty to go around. Hubby was very happy with the coffee too and it is always fun to sit around a large table and meet other people. Made for interesting and fun conversations. highly recommend

United States of AmericaThere was some kind of bar or party with loud music until 2 am Saturday night. Nothing to do with the B&B, but annoying when trying to sleep.
Breakfast was plentiful, and tasty. This location was our alternate choice due to unavailability in Prosser coinciding with the Balloon Festival. It was a 15 minute drive to Prosser from this location, and we found that to be quite acceptable as we spent most of our days in the Prosser area after leaving early in the morning, then returning to Sunnyside in the evening. The King bed in the Jean room was very comfortable.
