Location was difficult to get to. The GPS and the road construction aren't up to date. Forced a long detour that could have been avoided with an update to the directions. Breakfast was not up to par with other Super 8 experiences I've had. Waffles were good though. Room needed lots of small repairs. I'll add photos. Clean, but beat up.

Not being able to take shower because the shower was broke. Not serviceable. The hotel repair/maintenance should have it taken care of before it was rented or available fir accomodation. I checked out that morning plus I was pressed for time. It was inconvenient to pack my bags twice to move to a different room to take a shower. Frustrating. Uncomfortable all day. I felt unclean.

Shower didn't work. Couldn't turn on the water therefore I didn't take shower during my stay. I could have moved to a different room. However, I was checking that same day. It was so inconvenient to pack twice when I was press fir time. The hotel maintenance/repair should have been done before anyone was allowed to stay in the room. It was frustrating early in the morning, to say the least. It's my only biggest complaint nit to have fix the shower before tge room was available for accomodation. BAD business yet I paid for it.

The location has the loud highway noise, other than that, all of my issues were fixed.

I liked that that Emanuel was willing to try in every way to help me with my situations. I had a horrible day and things worked out in the end. Even when I had an issue with my heater the staff moved me in a room where one was properly working and didn't allow anyone to go into the room they booked me from so that things can be fixed.

Location was not great and parking lot was very crowded. Most of the time you had to make loops until someone left. It was also during a UT home game weekend so this could be part of the problem.

The decorated pictures on wall are Amarillo not Austin. There are only soaps and shampoos in shower room, no body lotions. The breakfast was simple. I had to ask the staff lady to take out some eggs from kitchen for me. The water closet in the lobby is not working.

The room is well equipped with enough furniture, a microwave and a fridge. The room is spacious with a comfortable and large bed. The staff was nicely helpful. Lodging fee is reasonably affordable.

As you entry to the lobby, you can smell cigarrette smoke, they have an environmental policy, they do the housekeeping every 3 days, but I stayed 6 days and only did the beds once.

Good price for the USGP weekend, no more floor mats :)

$50 deposit that I was unaware of. No mention of it at booking, on website or when contacted hotel. AC barely blew air out. Had to unplug fridge in order for TV to work.

AC was hard to regulate and it left a puddle in the room. making it musty. the caulking around the bathroom sink was moldy. the blanket was very thin and the bed was made with the blanket under the sheet.

The lobby smelled like Marijuana and the front desk person seemed to be high on it. At the time of check out, the front desk lady was very rude and was making it very difficult for me to get my deposit back.

The fact that the first room we were given smelled like cigarettes and we were given another, cleaner room.
