It truly needed updated in the rooms, bathrooms and the service desk area.

The shower pressure sucks. Curtain was ripped and the walls were dirty found dirty paper in chair!

The beds were sloppy when got into the room and did manage to get fresh towels only when I saw the housekeeper, they need to come back to service th room but did not! Only come one time around! But a lot I was in the room but they should announce themselves but don't they knock and that's it! And breakfast selection was lousy!

I think the hotel must have a water damage you could smell the musty order and mold. The same trash bag was in the lobby for the whole time I was there, the vending machine was not filled, the front door windows could have been washed the top of the refrigerator was very dusty and the carpets in the room had lots of stains. I had to ask for my room to be vacuumed, and for the toilet bowl to be cleaned. I do think they were just renting to have income coming in to fix the place up starting with the upstairs. one good thing the mattress was new, the only bugs I saw were a couple of black ants. I could have left I did look around the area the clientele did not look so great. I did feel safe, and I cleaned my room myself and used lots of carpet fresh and cleaning supplies. I was there to sleep only so that's my story.

not good at all I ate there one day the waffles, the place is not clean, the coffee taste like it had been watered down so I went out each morning for breakfast. the trash cans were very dirty the cooking machines looked they had not been cleaned in a long while.

I guess I'm spoiled by the super 8 we stay in when I travel with my mom. It's just not as nice and well kept. It could use a good upgrade.

The staff was super friendly and we were close to the door making it easy to load and unload our stuff. When I notified them of a problem they acknowledged it and told maintenance right away.

My unit definitely needs new flooring (gross and stained in many places) bed has seen it’s better days … room smelled real bad , we purchased candles and febreze …. Took a couple hours , room never smelled better lol

Breakfast... Waffle batter was thin and poured out of machine, could have been a bit cleaner.

Overall the property could have used some extra care with cleaning. The room carpet did not look like it was vacuumed recently and there was mold in the tub/shower. Litter in the parking lot and all around the building and many cigarette butts near entrance doors.

Convenient location for overnight stop traveling I-75 south. Beds were comfortable.

I did ask more than a month in advance for a specific room and was told that was confirmed. However, when I arrived that room was not available. TV remote in my room needs to be replaced...did not work properly.

All things considered, a good value. I have stayed here before. Would not have returned if I wasn't happy with property. Met the owner on a previous stay and he was very nice to work with.

the walls are thin and you can hear everything going on around you. every night someone was outside in the hall talking on the phone and could hear them from inside my room. there was a fight outside in the parking lot and I could hear them yelling from inside the window.

they had a parking spot for veterans. they clean your room everyday and replenish towels and coffee daily.

WE HAD DIRTY SHEETS UPON CHECK IN 🤦‍♀️! Bathroom was NOT mobility ♿ accessable to standards as told. It was also moldy around shower and ceiling. Was told it to have a couch but was only a recliner. Didn't understand a need for cash deposit with credit card on file. And to top it hubby's socks turned black walking across floor of room.

walked into my room, first thing i noticed was a crack in the window letting in cold air, but the bedding was warm so it was fine, there were also cigarette burns on the blanket, but it was a smoking room so that wasn’t entirely surprising

I enjoyed the multiple entrances to the building, made it much easier to get to my room efficiently

Rug obviously hadn't been vacuumed when I checked in as I picked up change and other debris off the floor. Stayed over New Years Eve and was disappointed with how extremely loud the other guests were being. I had to drive 900 miles the next morning so I was hoping to get some sleep. People were yelling in the halls and slamming doors throughout the night, and the adjoining room had a raucous party until 5 AM. I called the front desk and asked if they could do something about the party, and they said they would but I don't think any action was actually taken.

Convenient location with easy access. Room had everything I needed at a decent price point.
