Upon check in, there was a sign on the desk that said the staff would return in a moment. It took us 15 minutes to find a staff member and get checked in. That is unacceptable. Then, she was not even friendly. Later in the evening we had to ask for a new TV remote, as ours said "Front Desk" on the back and didn't work with our TV. It took the young man at the front desk at least 30 minutes to finally get us a remote that worked. Overall, I was not impressed with the staff who live at / run this motel.

The room was a decent size and fairly quiet. We had a nice view of the lake from our room. The bathroom is small, but serves the purpose. Beds were comfortable enough, but one bed was missing a sheet and only had blankets.

When we checked in our room their was hair in the shower and the heater didn't work and he did move us. Didn't like the fact that the new room was a joining room. With strangers. So I couldn't really sleep worrying about someone trying to get in at night. The guy said there's a pool but been down now 2 years. The table between the beds was dirty and sticky, the bathroom ledge and sink were dirty, and either old pink toothpaste or denture adhesive stuck on the water faucet. And we couldn't get the TV to work it said to check Antenna connection. And shower floor hair all over let the water run to wash away the hair. Kids checked mirrors to make sure there were no planted hidden cameras in the room.

It was quiet. Heard a few doors closing but normal. As far as I could tell, no bed bugs. The front lobby guy was nice friendly.

The room had not been cleaned. I had to clean toilet area before I was comfortable to use. There were 2 double beds, one bed looked like the sheets had not actually been changed and the room needed to be vacuumed

Location is convenient being close to airport and free airport shuttle for pickup or drop off just organise with the friendly reception staff which time slot you will be in time for. Breakfast was simple and easy e.g... self serve cereal, toast or waffles and hot drink or cold juice starting from 4am

The bathroom toliet clogged easily, there were water bugs in the room near the hottub and bed. The room looked like it has been flooded. The maintenance guy and some of the staff were rude.

It was affordable and the decor was nice. The hottub was nice and the sheets were clean.

They didn’t have a phone in the room They didn’t have a trash can They didn’t have a toilet paper roller, the toilet paper was sitting on the back of the toilet. My flight came in at 1:10 a.m. By the time I got my luggage and got out front there wasn’t a shuttle to the hotel, I called the said they stopped the shuttle at 1:15, and it was 1:30. That I would need to call a taxi. I am a senior citizen traveling with my 10 yr old granddaughter. The hotel had a strange smell

I use to stay here often when traveling from Indiana. It’s definitely not as well kept. The lobby couch had a hole in it and was really dirty. Upon my arrival there was a homeless person with blankets sitting at the front end of the property. The smoke detector was not in the ceiling just the wires hanging down. The lamp shade was dirty and neither lamp was working those located on the old nightstand between the beds. Lastly there were coffee cups on the table but no coffee maker. I paid 80 dollars for one night and 70 for the other. The room did not include a microwave or fridge as well.
