The info about the motel said there was a free breakfast, but that was not true. I understand that such amenities may be cancelled at any time, but I booked this motel in part because of the free breakfast.

The bathroom and beds are too high. The mattress is super comfortable, but you need a stepladder to actually get in the bed.

Front desk personnel was EXTREMELY friendly!!! Very convenient first floor room makes it easy to load and unload your car.

Breakfast,there was no breakfast. When checking in,told there was breakfast and they named a list of items. My husband went down at 8:40,and brought back burnt tasting and smelling coffee. He said there was nothing and no one was there. Not good! At least have a fresh cup of coffee.

Air conditioning was not on when we got there. We needed to change for a wedding and we were sweating in the room. The beds were very high. I literally had to have my husband boost me up onto the bed as I am a short woman and could not get up on the bed by myself.

The breakfast was a to-go bag which we did not take. The room was clean.

No breakfast was included, though advertised. I could have reserved another hotel cheaper than this which didn't advertised a breakfast. Nothing on the table, no coffee or even water. I told the receptionist that I was not happy of that, and she was so kind to fill for us (6 people with 2 kids) a bag for each of us with a bottle of water and some cookies. Thanks a lot to her, she really tried to solve the problem. I suggest that we could receive compensation for the inconvenience.

The location was convenient, the room was clean and cozy.

Reception provided me keys to an occupied room. I actually walked in on another guest in their room. To say the least it was embarrassing and very uncomfortable for both parties! I returned to the front desk and they gave me another room.

Two of the reasons I booked here were that it offered breakfast and had a pool. There was neither. Breakfast was a coffee machine, and the pool still had the cover over it. No explanation given, but since this was stated on the website, it feels like false advertising.

Clean rooms, partially updated. Liked the fact that the floors weren't carpeted and were vinyl plank instead. Cheap.

This property said it had free breakfast..it was a paperbag with a granola bar, fruit cup, juice box, and other similar items. It is very misleading to call that a free breakfast in the advertisement. And most importantly, this should have been either a much nicer facility for the nightly cost, or it should have cost less. I realize the location is a desirable area, but the cost for basically a standard motel room is excessive. And of course, the "breakfast."

The location is why we stayed here. And it was fairly clean and the staff was polite.

I was told that breakfast is 6 to 9 at lobby and when I came there was just a coffee.I ringed the bell to front desk and after maybe 5mins lady showed and give us small bag with juice, water and cheap sweet. This is not a breakfast and shouldn't be listed in the price. What a joke. Big money rip off.

poor staff . when I booked it said breakfast and ground floor and nonsmoking. after almost ten minutes waiting as first person at desk she gave us a ground floor smoking after saying it doesn’t say that though I showed my phone reservation where it did. No breakfast coffee available the first night till after 6:30 because locked but next day at 6:00. first microwave didn’t work . two out of four lamps s didn’t work. Had to wake her up at 7:00 am to ask questions. Dusty rooms .
