The surroundings are a little dark and lonely at night, nevertheless, we never felt unsafe

The bed was quite comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean It was quite easy and low cost to get to and from Manhattan

Very friendly and very helpful staff. The gentlemen allowed early check in without any charges and advised on the bus. Saved $100 on the cab. Thank you!!!!

The "free" breakfast isn't much of a breakfast but it wasn't much of a bother to me personally because I had no intentions of eating there. The noise level next to the highway is pretty loud if you're a light sleeper.

The convenience of having a shuttle pick you up and drop you off was AMAZING. Bed was comfortable and the housekeeping staff was great, they came in every day and cleaned up as well as put new sheets.

A simple but useful hotel close to NYC with good transportation upfront. The room was good, comfortable.

It was very close to a major highway and you could hear everything all night.

It was a good price and the breakfast was nice. They were also very helpful about changing out the sheets and cleaning after our first night.

Instructions for catching shuttle from NYC were unclear Location was loud being right next to expressway entrance, but ok for a one night stay close to MetLife Stadium Staff automatically assumed the male in our party made the reservation, so I was ignored initially upon check in.

It was nice that there was coffee and bagels for a quick breakfast before checking out. Room was neat and clean and staff was cordial. Check in/out was quick and easy Decent value for location

The location is very tricky to get to, breakfast was not good, ran out of coffee at start of day.

Very cost effective and the closest to the tunnel. 40 min to nyc. They have parking in the area

The place is okay. Everything is functional. By the road, about 15 minutes to port authority bus station. Breakfast is very simple but it's okay for me.

Water in room #132 doesn't get hot , just warm (tub)!

Cheap hotel in Jersey, about 20-30 minutes from Times Square by bus. If you want a place where to sleep well, this is good. Receptionist is helpful, gave us good advices.

you get what you paid for good hotel with very good location near NYC (thanks to the shuttle bus) with good facilities not fancy but to the needs (wifi,microwave,daily cleaning,mini fridge and warming system ) so its very good to me

The hotel is on the main highway and the rooms should have soundproofing to prevent noise.

Had to change rooms in arrival as lights didnt work but staff were friendly and efficient

Location was good, can get a $3.50 bus outside to timesquare that gets tou there in 15mins. Rooms to the side were quiet and spacious. Shower good.

It was cool the location with the traffic and honking was crazy

Shower equipment was quite bit problematic.

The room and bathroom were really clean.

Need to pay for luggage storage but they take cash only $10 per bag. Also for early checking in the guy in the reception wanted cash $35 extra which is ok but needs cash only for all extra services. Just remember to have few spare bucks to check in

Water from the shower was hot, hotter hottest. If I put the knob to C then the hottest water was coming and if I put the knob to H then hot water was coming. There was no option of cold water or tap cold water.
