Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was very skimpy. Often out of pastries. Brought my own cereal Pool was shut down. One of the only reasons we booked at that location

Rooms could have been cleaner, but they seem to be working on that. Also, we have to remember a lot of places we're hit hard by covid.
The location was great. The staff helpful. They are doing their best I think , we would go there again.

Walls are thin and you could hear your neighbors speaking. Toilet had to be adjusted inside the tank after every flush or it ran. Lots of cars going through the lot all night. Breakfast was carbs only but the oranges were good.
Walking distance to Gem Shows. Staff was very nice. It is rather run down but was as expected. It fit my needs.

there's some Shady elements
the location was great !! directly of interstate 10 ! and directly next door to a Waffle House !! The Beds were very comfortable. the shower head very hot water and great Water pressure :)

the information is not accurate in the page information the pool was closed , they didn’t have the continental breakfast, the lobby was closed there wasn’t any place for sitting and wait for a little bit.
nice bed and pillows , they let me to do checkout for 1 hour later .

The bed spread had holes in it and the phone in the room didn't work.

There were socks on the floor when we first opened the room. In the bathroom, the towels were wet and the bath mat was soaked as if someone had just showered. The bathroom was dirty, and the toilet paper holder was placed into the wall, not attached. It fell out every time we went to use the bathroom
Good location close to the airport, however limited food options. Nice having rooms close to each other. Close to bars to experience Tucson.

Wish the hot tub was available. Please powerwash your walkways. They are nasty. When there is a several days old smashed egg on the walkway in front of housekeeping's door, that speaks volumes. It was there the whole week we were there and had been dried up for quite awhile before we arrived. The lady who worked at the desk couldn't have been any less interested in her job. My favorite 2 things were not having a plug for the bathtub and having to use a rock bought at the Rock, Gem, Mineral Show so I could take a bath & I was surprised the room had a "cordless phone." The phone was plugged in. Imagine my surprise when I picked up the receiver to call the front desk and there was no cord connecting it to the phone 😂.
Super comfortable beds. Spotless bathroom. Ice machine was always full. Easily accessible from the interstate.

The room was real dirty and old. Smelled like cigarettes even though it was no smoking. The walls are dirty, carpet dirty, and the cleaning staff is not thorough.

When we arrived everything was good. I was going to stay an extra night, but the person at the front desk (Juan) was very rude and said we couldn't stay because he didn't like us. I have stayed there many times with no issues. He also used profanity at us and was very unprofessional for someone in a Managerial position. I am very disappointed in the rudeness of this individual.
The place is very nice and usually good. Everyone else was nice and pleasant.
