The shower drained slow and then not at all. Couldn't take a shower the last night because it would overflow and there was no maintenance to address the issue. Tiki huts at the pool were run down, lots of holes in the tops.

Nice comfortable updated room. Onsite restaurant was convenient. Nice pool. The location was perfect for our event.

The night stand next to the bed was stained and just looked completely gross- the room could use some updates but it’s fine if you’re just coming to sleep

The property is in a good location- a very nice residential neighborhood that felt safe. Walgreens is around the corner- the little coffee shop on site is good and there is a chic filet next door. I don’t like staying in places that are off a highway and hard to find things- so if your looking for an affordable place and understand this is by no means luxury of modern than you’re good!

I had to buy my own cleaning supply to clean the room well. The room was cleaned up to see as walking in but under beds were dirty more then the floor like if they didnt sweep underneath n there was nats in the room so when i went n got Clorox n mr clean n cleaned the room they went away and i had to sweep n mop the room after check in

The room was dark, both 1) because the windows had to be shuttered for privacy (ground level apartment; no frosted glass or scrim-curtain, just a hard wooden shutter) and 2) because the lighting was pretty bad (very poor lighting to begin with, and a light bulb was out when I arrived, to boot). The furniture was also pretty beat-up. All in all, the room was pretty dreary.

The bed was comfortable, and there was a big TV. The front desk person was really nice and helpful. This place is also, evidently, a South Tampa icon -- it's been there forever and my friends who grew up in the area loved that I was staying there.

The grounds were very old Florida with old growth trees, which was very pleasant! The pool really needs some help! Size is wonderful, but the big green patch on the bottom was not!

The rooms need to be updated, there was a branch growing in the bathroom wall, the headboards were disgusting looks like they have never been clean. They walls had patches. Lots of people hangin out drinking outside. Lots of traffic in and out rooms.

the rooms could have been cleaned a lot better, i had to go over the room with bleach & disinfect spray, did not like that you have to request house keeping, they were pleasant when walking by them or when asking for something, the front desk person wasn't all that personable.the bathroom door in or room was off the hinges ,rooms need to be updated felt clamy and not fresh,but much better than the other hotel we had to cancel.outside was clean and calm

i liked the free parking, the comfortable beds,the spacious bathroom,and the location was close to main eateries and stores.

Rooms were musty, had to get a different room because first one smelled of cigarette smoke Not enough outlets! Only a Single plug by bed, and a single light. Had to unplug light to charge our phones. NO outlet at desk. There’s visible wear and tear and patches that lended to a run down feeling

Couldn't adjust air conditioner/heater in room. It was too cold. Lots of outside noise and I could hear every word on the TV in the room next to mine.

It felt a bit like false advertising the pool was not heated like stated, the tiki bar closed permanently, the restaurant was okay but closed by 2:00. The room was huge but the beds felt small and the additional furniture was tiny and wicker. The balcony looked at the parking lot and had no privacy. Staff was not very nice accused of us smoking when it was the downstairs people who left. Didn’t apologize for their mistake. The place has a lot of potential but needs better management and staff. For the price I am not sure I would stay here again even with the decent location to stadium.

The size of the room was nice and we liked the layout. It had plenty of room and storage for my family. The location was really close to major exit and had a ton of food options nearby plus grocery stores. We came for a bowl game so perfect spot to get to stadium quickly. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out. Small shower but had incredible water pressure. Overall a decent place to stay with kids.

The afternoon front desk agent was so helpful and even had a list of restaurants open on Thanksgiving readily available. Check in and check out was very easy and a breeze. Location was good!
