It’s not a very clean place .. tub was dirty, floors were all sticky like a dirty restaurant.. trash left in the room from previous people.. trash all over the property and the hotel room door wouldn’t lock.. you literally could just push lightly and the door would open without putting in the key card or even turning the door knob! Both locks were broke also.. luckily we carry and had a weapon on us so we felt safe cause that is very dangerous at any hotel! Told the staff about it and the said they would take care of it but going off the other previous reviews this seems to be a big problem at this facility.

Parking was to far for someone with health issues. No elevator, and could really use renovations. Updating this property could be a gold mine really.

The room was clean, not enough towels for my family. The location and scenery was gorgeous. Staff was friendly, great for the price.

The rooms are dated and could do with a thorough clean in the dirty corners. The beds are fine just don’t look to hard. Value is not great. The staff were lovely.

View was good. The hotel is a little tired. It could do with some TLC. The hall ways are shocking. The rooms need painting. There is no restaurant and no breakfast although advertised on many websites.

hotel management mislead me about the airport shuttle. i emailed hotel management through the Booking.com website, mentioning that my flight is scheduled to arrive after 1am, and asking how to contact the hotel for the shuttle. the reply said just call the hotel and they'll send the shuttle for me. but when my flight landed at PHL and i called the hotel, no one answered. eventually i took a cab. when i checked out later that morning i asked about the shuttle, and was told the shuttle doesn't run between midnight and 4am. keep in mind the deciding factor to book a room at this hotel was the shuttle. i feel lied to. not a good experience. i will recommend people avoid this hotel.

The room seems partially updated. New granite countertops and shower stall in the bathroom, but an outdated tub and stained office tile drop ceilings. The coffee maker had on old soggy coffee filter still wedged in it that I had to throw away. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a smoke free room. There was an issue with my early morning shuttle at 4:00 am. It left 20 minutes late because of a flat tire and some staffing challenges. Luckily, I still made it to my flight on time.

Bedding was clean and comfortable and the room was pretty quiet, and for the price it was a good place to crash before my early morning flight.

a bit of a walking distance from the parking lot to the entrance and don’t recommend carrying a lot of baggage with you in. Room smelled like smoke even if you did pick a non smoking room and it was very strong also the door locks were sketchy and kinda made you want to fortify it a bit more. Btw there is a $100 hold on your credit card after you arrive and paid prior and is not mentioned through booking.

My stay was too short and it wasn't sunny outside and I didn't think we had any Wi-Fi but I didn't ask for the password either so maybe we di it's yeah just make sure that you check the iron before you try to iron your clothes cuz it did mess up my shirt it was an old iron
